My husband and I had an amazing experience at Beaumont Tiles in Erina. We are renovating our ensuite and had no idea of where to really start. Claire helped us with everything from the design, to the colour and shape of tiles, heated floor, basins, vanities, mirrors and tapware. We went back and forth so many times, requesting different samples every time and she never made us feel uncomfortable or rushed. Her knowledge was excellent and the package deal she got us was far better than any competitor around. I would highly recommend!

I keep on coming back to Beaumont Tiles Erina as they have given me the best price on the tiles that I have chosen and loved the most. I have searched and searched but this store always comes up trumps. A big thank you to Claire for all your assistance in getting me the best deal. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for quality, price and the best friendly service around the Central Coast.

Best tile place on the coast, in no small part thanks to the staff. Paije was super helpful, the Queen of Tiles, with a peachy keen eye for colour, design, and style. I mean look, you don’t buy tiles every day right? But when you do, you should totally go to Beaumont’s Erina and bask in the glossy hue of their amazing selection. And if you don’t know what you’re doing or what you’re looking for, ask for Paije. She got yo back.

Nat, Paije and the team at Erina were nothing short of amazing when it came to helping us choose everything for our ensuite, great advice and incredible package deal, there was no point in looking elsewhere. Nothing was too much to arrange or sort out, even helping find a tiler with availability (local guy Jai Cross who is also highly recommended). Perfect awesome service. Thank you guys

I visited the shop twice with my client searching for an outdoor paver, first visit was ok and staff were generally helpful.
Second visit we met Paije! Wish I had met her the first visit would have saved hours of research and searching for products!
Paije is fantastic, took the time to get an understanding of what we wanted, knew what was in the store was not quite what we needed. Went above and beyond to help us and managed to order in a few products from an outside source that worked and we ended up ordering the product.

Had last minute rush before they closed to pick some tiles up and so they stayed back for a minute or two so I could get them.
Lots of tiles to choose from and at reasonable prices

Brett has been amazing helping us to choose the correct tiles and accessories. Hi patience to go beyond, nothing has been too much trouble. Only half way through, two weeks to go. Not a lot of fun especially the waterproofing.the water

Exceptional service. Our main contact was Brett, who helped us fit out the entire bathroom in about 45mins. From the first tile choice to finding solutions at critical points mid renovation, Brett was incredible at solving every issue or concern, seemingly with ease!

I don't normally go in to specifics but I think this one deserves it.he single handily in the space of an hour (!), morphed together a series of parts from various products to give us the final item we needed to stay on schedule. Saving us a delay of over 4weeks. It would have been so easy (and honestly understandable) for him to have said "I'm sorry, we just have to wait a few days to get the new item. ". This extra level of care is the difference, Brett showed this quality in every step.

Our interactions with other team members were also positive, Jake did a great job sourcing a replacement box of tiles in a day and was friendly to talk to. The front desk team were also very prompt in email and text replies, the phrase "we can call you back" actually means something here. They will in fact call you back promptly with status updates.

This is really a top tier shop. If you really want to take the hassle out of your reno, just walk in here.

Andy and the team at Beaumont Erina are brilliant. They have supported our business from the day we opened and treat all of our clients with respect, kindness and provide them with great advice.

They have been amazing with their help, customer service, professionalism and flexibility. Michelle was absolutely incredible and really knows her stuff. We had so many issues to deal with and had to change things around but they accommodated our every need. Simply awesome!

This is the second time we have bought our tiles from Beaumont’s at Erina. We went back as the assistant Christine was so helpful and went out of her way to please us. Once again she was of great help in choosing and taking our order. We received a call to say the tiles were ready but the dock staff wouldn’t help us load them into our car and we needed to book a delivery or bring either a Ute or trailer so they could load them from the fork lift. There were only 16 boxes so I don’t think it would be too hard to help us. My husband is 70 and I am a cancer sufferer. We told the other person we would load them ourselves. After ringing back and talking to Christine she I went out of her way once again to help us and organised help for us. I only hope that Beaumont’s realise what an asset they have in having her as a member of their staff.
Beaumont’s you would have lost us if it hadn’t been for her. I can thoroughly recommend to my friends to go an see her if they want to buy tiles.

I found these guys to be so helpful. Having finally decided to have tiles for the kitchen splashback for our new home I drove past, on the way to another tile shop, and saw they were having a sale. From the minute I walked in to my ordering their service was brilliant. And then I got a call to say the tiles were ready to be picked up - 2 days earlier than expected. Great service. Thank you.
