Beaumont Tiles

The staff at Beaumont tiles were fabulous, helped me put together my ideas for my bathroom, never made me feel rushed, always felt that they were there for me, suggested what wouldn’t work and what would be better for the space, choice is great. My only negative we ran out of tiles (our fault) and because it’s a showroom, stock off site (which is normal) we organised to pick up from warehouse and there is a $50.00 charge to pick up, this is terrible and just money making, will think again before using them, which is a shame, staff at castle hill very apologetic and felt like it wasn’t their call, that probably for customer service needs to be stopped as I’m sure many people run out of tiles and need more mid tiling, but go see the great people in the shop at castle hill for your ideas and maybe management might get that the $50.00 is ridiculous,

This is my second time using Beaumont tiles at Castle Hill. On both occasions I have found the staff to be very helpful & knowledgeable. My order was delivered on the delivery date I requested. I also had to order some more tiles (as I changed my mind on something) & they arrived within the week. I picked up this order in person and this was also quick and easy. Cheers Mandy

Muniba was very knowledgeable and we had a great experience choosing our tiles and fittings. The prices are competitive and our order (including the vsnity) was delivered in full within 2 weeks which was right on time.

Dale is very friendly and expert, she help us choosing the colour and the type of the bathroom tiles that we like and suit our budget.

Dale was an expert in knowledge, design and ideas. She coordinated our tiles beautifully with our Caesarstone bench top and suggested a ‘hero piece’ for our tap ware. The result is nothing short of spectacular. Highly recommend Beaumont Tiles Castle Hill for quality service!

Friendly and helpful staff. Provides a good range of tiles. Found that they have a better range of grout colours to match tiles compared to Bunnings

Staff were helpful and we were kept up to date when our tiles arrived in store. Love the range and we are delighted with the final outcome.

The staff are very knowledgeable and we dealt with most of them during our reno project. Got tiles, grout, vanities, mirrors and very happy with the excellent service we've had. Special thanks to Jaco, Kerene, Usa, and the very patient man with glasses who was a huge help with colour selection!

Meh. Not really willing to come out of the counter to talk to customer. So huge negative for customer survive. Selection is not that great either. Price on the other hand is not competitive.
With all this said they must be raking in money, business must be that great to not need any new customers.
Been there once and there is no need to go back there again.

We have just recently purchased tiles from your store at Castle Hill and wanted to thank the lovely very patient lady who served us - I think her name was Sonia. We are absolutely thrilled with our new laundry and the tiles look fabulous. Sonia took the time and had great ideas which helped us immensely - Thank you

I felt that the staff didn’t deal professionally with our tiles order and they ordered a lot more tiles than we needed, and at the end we couldn’t even return the excess stock.

Lovely staff, always helpful, and even loaded my tiles into the car so i could take care of my baby in the car. Amazing products too:)

A wide range (both colour & size) of very nice tiles displayed and available to take home to sample. The store has a good layout making it easy to find something you'll like. We've visited a few times and all staff have been attentive, knowledgeable, and of great help in finding us the perfect tiles.

Would be nice if they were opened at the times the website states.
