The customer service was great and the store has a HUGE variety beads. I loved the unusual and unique charms and beads!
Wonderful store, a delightful find. Huge range of beads, tools, equipment, fimo clay supplies. Unique gifts - ready to wear and kits. The little project kits range is great way to explore a new hobby.
Nice shop for those looking for beads with a vast amount available amoungst other things for the kids as well as the crafters alike.
My daughter always love going here when we go on a day trip, staff are always helpful and there are more items to search through there than you can poke a stick at.

My first and only stop for my online beading needs. The customer service is outstanding! Kerry is a pleasure to deal with. The quality is superb and postage is always really fast. I highly recommend supporting this small business, these ladies are awesome!
Great range if beading supplies including wonderful kits and patterns. Ordering online is quick and competitively priced.
High prices and poor customer communication. Still waiting for responses on items sent 3 weeks ago that was depending on response from. I understand the craziness of a small business (I have 2 plus a regular job) but I know a business burnt out by fire that gets back within 24 hours.
They do however provide beautiful kits and instructions and offer good shipping services (unlike many places who will charge full postage for a single item), so the potential to be a fantastic business is there, just needs to remember the individuals keeping them going.
Always helpful, Kerry's knowledge of craft leaves me wanting more. Appreciate her time & expertise.
Beaders heaven. Literally millions of beads to choose from. I took my boys there for a beading workshop (Yes! They even cater to boys!) and they loved it! Even before they finished they were asking when we could go back and do it again. The girls there are lovely, and really know their stuff.
