Im an uber driver. Went to this place to minor service. And some of sparepart they dont have. Then the asked me if i want to order by online, i said yes. After that the owner took the sparepart by himself, in middle of pouring rain and floods everywhere in randwick. And surpisingly the owner didnt charge me for the pickup cost. And the bills was so cheap compare to service place called scoote**a. And they check everything so detail. Hats off sir. AAA service

The place has passed it's sell-by-date, might be good if you're old family customer but really not if you are new and want fast quick service, why?
1.even small fixes will take ages, as in contrast to what name suggest they import parts from other shops.
2.if they think vehicle service is not compete, they will not even bother to pick your phone. (tho call from new number helps as it won't show in their account so will be picked)
3.no options for quick fix generic parts, if you're not riding some fancy European and just want quick reliable fix please look away. Their replacement parts are sometime more expensive then the original parts you could find online or (always on) eBay.

+. Only go if you, are looking for a family mechanic; a surety that you want exact factory part; have time.

+. Don't if you're, on budget and just want a reliable generic fix; want fast service.

The owner is the most humble person I have had a conversation on phone with.
A mechanic who strives for customer satisfaction rather profit driving.

then. I followed him when he moved. The best and most honest motorbike machanic one can find.

I made the mistake of going to a local bike shop when I moved away from BMS, never again. These guys will always look after you and never feel like you’re being taken for a ride. Rare quality to find these days, I travel 30 mins for this type of service.

Great service, honest work and great people! I have been coming to this place for many years now and wouldn't go anywhere else to service my motorcycle.

It is rare these days that a Motorcycle Dealer or Workshop will authentically go the 'extra mile' for a Customer; finding the rare part for an older bike, taking time to explain a problem or a solution or taking time to provide the years of experience, Beaconsfield Motorcycles do.

Go out of your way to go to BMC because BMC will go out of their way to help you. But be careful to not waste their time, it is a small team and there are many others who also need their help.

Phil and associates have been servicing my motorcycles (a Honda CB250 a while ago and now a CB400) for about 9 years now. I've always been happy with what he's done and that he'll make time to have a chat about things. His prices seem reasonable; the few times I've gone elsewhere (for minor things) they've been more expensive and certainly less helpful. His advice on tyres was spot on - the ones I have now have worn so much better than the previous ones. Also Snoopy is a great dog.
