Beaches Xray Mona Vale

I have had two guided injections of steroids into my shoulder at Beaches Xray Mona Vale over the last 6 months. The relief that I got from these was amazing. Thank you to Barnabas and the whole team for the fantastic care provided. Highly recommended.

Beaches X-ray at Mona Vale is in a new location. It is clean and bright. The staff are wonderful and so caring. We have had Ultrasound, X-ray, CT and MRIs. We will go there any time we need scans.

I am new a patient to Beaches X-ray Mona Vale. Looked after me right from the moment I walked through their doors. Lauren has been so calming of my nerves and super efficient! Talked me through the process, was always happy to answer all my questions, even the silly ones.

Had my morphology scan with the lovely and professional Indian woman. She was excellent, and went above and beyond to look after my experience in her care.

Wonderful practice with an exceptional lady sonographer on board!
I have had this lovely Indian lady as my sonographer for the last few years and she has always gone above and beyond in her services. I first saw her 2 years ago when I was pregnant with twins, we actually decided to terminate and she was nothing but supportive throughout the entire process.
Now I am 12 weeks pregnant and just had my progress scan today. The baby wasn't in the correct position to get all the important measurements so instead of just taking the images she could and sending me away, this exceptional woman actually told me to go and have something to eat and come back in 20 minutes. This is after my allocated appointment time mind you!
Once I had some food in my tummy the baby was happy and had turned around completely! It was actually dancing around and that allowed her to get the necessary images to finish the scan. Her professionalism and manner is beyond what I could ever have wanted from someone in her role.
She is kind, caring and incredibly understanding! She is an absolute pleasure to have as a sonographer and because of this I would highly recommend her to anyone needing an ultrasound of any type!

Staff were helpful and professional even during a very busy day. Results received sooner than expected. Great experience.

I had my 13 week pregnancy ultrasound at Beaches Xray, Dee-Why with Falguni who was incredibly nice, patient, and really took her time to show my partner and I our firstborn baby! As we had such a great experience with her the first time around, we re-booked with her again at Monavale. Unfortunately there was a mixup with my referral not being sent through which meant I missed half of my appointment, Falguni was kind enough to still see me despite reception saying they would have to rebook. I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely be rebooking at Dee Why with her again for future ultrasounds and pregnancies Thanks again!

Going for an ultrasound the technician was rude to me and unprofessional. She was complaining about other staff to me and completed the scan incredibly quickly - had no care for me or how I was feeling and at the end provided her own advice on how my scan went.

Highly recommend Beaches X-ray at Mona Vale
From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out the staff were happy, friendly it was completely Covid safe and extremely spotlessly clean and tidy.
I know that if and when I need any sort of scans I will definitely be going to Beaches X-ray

My wife needed to get a dental x-ray done. She called to book and was told she could just walk in, no need to book. Asked what time they are open, they said from 8am.
Next morning there we are 8.10am just to be told that for that procedure they only a specialist starting 9.30am. Alright, 30 minutes of my life wasted.
Went there again this morning, waited +40 minutes and they haven't called us. Wasted another 1h. I don't know what they are doing, if understaffed or just not efficient.

What an amazing experience. Very professional and on time. Both my partner and I felt at ease and not worried at all. Peter was extremely welcoming and warm not to mentioned extremely knowledgeable. I will 100% be returning for my next scan. Thank you. We both left with massive smiles on our faces! Was a dream!

Didn't need an appointment for my X-ray and got helped pretty quickly. Everything was bulk billed. Very happy with the service.

Rude women on the front desk with smug attitude lead to poor taste & disappointing experience for the third visit for a Northern beaches local.get over yourselves, get some customer service skills as that is why you’re on the front desk of a business to attract and keep clients.

Bit of an uncomfortable vibe, good second resort for a scan however there's probably a reason PRP is usually booked out

Courteous, friendly caring reception staff. Very high standard of professional medical technicians and medical specialists. Parking is very convenient downstairs.
