Tony's Posture Perfect program is amazing! I've had back problems since having kids so when Tony was recommended - I had nothing to lose.

Posture Perfect is unique - well designed with clear instructions plus detailed instructional videos demonstrating the correct way to perform each exercise. I jump online and see weekly 'homework' that's a series of exercises that don't take too long.

His knowledge is exceptional - I've learned how my back problems developed and more importantly today understand how I can 'correct' them. I've found Tony's program to be fantastic for me and I'm grateful to be moving more freely, and now have the knowledge to keep my back in good shape going forward.

Tony has kept me mobile and out of the hands of the surgeon for 10 years and he is the only one who has. I have tried other osteopaths closer to home but none is as good. Worth driving an hour and a half for treatment.

Finally found an Osteo that was interested in trying to resolve the cause of the problems rather than just treating the symptoms. Tony is very approachable and knowledgable and I finally feel like there might be a resolution to my long standing problems. Highly recommended.

I was suffering from debilitating neck pain and severe migraines that had escalated in severity and frequency over a period of 10 years. I went to my GP, then a number of Chiropractors & Physiotherapists with no success. I was given muscle relaxants, pain meds, exercises, told my hips weren’t aligned and that I just had a “cranky neck”. One ‘helpful’ Chiro even suggested I should see a psychiatrist when his treatment failed! All of this cost me a lot of money and stress as my symptoms were just getting worse.

After despairing that I was never going to get my health back, I saw a Beaches Osteo advert which stated that Dr. Tony Tranfield had expertise in treating head and neck problems. Despite being disheartened and skeptical about seeing yet another practitioner, I decided I had to keep trying to find an answer.

On my first very visit Tony diagnosed a possible TMJ (Jaw joint) Dysfunction which was impacting my top vertebrae. He ordered scans/ Xrays (the first practitioner that had ever done this!) and then was able to confirm that my jaw joint had been compressed as a result of having poorly done orthodontic work (teeth extracted & braces) when I was a teen. The stress my jaw joint was under was causing problems in my neck, leading to chronic neck pain & migraines. At last I had a CORRECT diagnosis!

Apart from ongoing support in helping me manage my pain and easing the symptoms, Tony referred me to a specialist dentist who began rehabilitative orthodontic work. Treatment to correct my teeth, and relieve my jaw/ neck, took a few years, but literally gave me my quality of life back. Within a relatively short time, the severity and duration of the migraines naturally reduced, I didn’t need any pain meds and I could actually enjoy life again. Another 10 years on and I am still doing well. To be treated respectfully, finally know what was wrong and how to work towards healing, was very empowering.

I highly recommend Tony and the team at Beaches Osteo. Tony is very skilled and passionate about his work. In my case, his diagnosis was spot on and the treatment plan was excellent. I can’t thank him enough.

I went to see tony 3 times, each time expecting to leave with information and confidence however this is far from true.

Tony was brief and dismissed when I had comments about muscular pain and I had to press him for answers about what was wrong and what I could do to fix it.
I was never sent home with any exercises for my injury only told to wait for an online module that would be sent out as general advice to all his patients that I’m still waiting to receive.

Tony seems unprepared and unenthusiastic and I would not recommend his practice due to lack of information and client communication.
