Beaches and Bush did a great job of selling our coastal weekender within a very reasonable timeframe at the best price for our property. Milton went above and beyond to get us the best price. I know many agents would have been happy to strike a deal as soon as the asking price was offered but Milton negotiated on our behalf to get us another 10% - only a relatively small amount of extra commission for him but a pretty large sum for us!

I had never been a landlord and had no idea how I was going to rent the property living so far away. With just one phone call Milton and his team of professionals took my fears away and before I knew it my place was up and ready and being rented to excellent tenants. Friend, it's pretty sad that you reply to just the 1 star that had no comment from 6 months ago and then fish for a comment because you can't handle the truth of someone's poor experience which is what is signified by the 1 star and original lack of a comment being left on this post.

Not everyone leaving 1 star reviews or a negative review has to be on your data base or a client to share the terrible experience they've encountered with your business.

Based on my terrible experiences, I'm inclined to believe the 1 star reviews as being the only honest reviews here.
