5I took two dresses in to be dry cleaned. When I received them back, one of the dresses, which was previously white suddenly had pink marks all over it (I assume it was washed with a pink item). The dry cleaner said he would try to remove the marks, but unfortunately when I returned to pick up the dress, the marks were still there and he insisted that I had brought the dress in with the marks on it! There was no offer of a refund and my dress is ruined.
Wouldn’t say clothes came back dirtier than they went in but it was close. Very ordinary.
Very friendly staff untill I went back to collect my laundry. Stained, dirty and almost unrecognizable. When I complained the staff became rude and offensive. Poor service, no manners, no shame and a very very ordinary Dry Cleaning business. I am surprised they are still in business.
Well priced dry cleaning and very friendly service. Open 7 days which is handy!
Awful. Clothes came back with stains on. 5 items went missing. Very unhelpful and rude staff. Would never use again.
