Should be ashamed of themselves. They have no idea what they’re doing. It all seems great when you’re getting these amazing returns but at what cost. They ignore audits and if you have an investment property stay the hell away. Due to their lack of knowledge, I ended up with a horrific tax bill. When you attempt to contact them, they just wipe their hands clean and you haven’t got a leg to stand on. Absolutely disgusting.

I HAVE USED THIS BUSINESS TO DO MY TAX FOR THE LAST 5 YEAR'S. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AND HAVE HAD THE BEST SERVICE EVER FROM KAREN.

I met with the consultant and left her my business and personal tax to complete and lodge. After numerous phone calls, over a period of 2 months, it still wasn't completed. I have now picked up the documents after not receiving responses to phone messages and am going somewhere more professional.
I expressed my dissatisfaction, a week ago, in an email to the Manager/Owner and have yet to receive a reply.
Very disappointed in lack of service.
