Old school customer service that is way too rare these days. George went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I needed and gave this DIY-er some valuable tips. Plus BCS prices are very reasonable. Well worth my 60 minutes drive.

Great customer service; AusPost damaged half my order and failed to return it to sender, BCS sent out replacements free of charge within a week.

Awesome service. Quick delivery and easy payment options. One of the paints was the wrong colour, 2 different codes from Audi and none of them right. Took the car to the shop and it was matched perfectly. Would 100% use again.

Have used this shop multiple times for touch up paints on different bikes where paint codes are not available & a spectrophotometer gives incorrect matches. The colour matches from this shop have been great when you bring them a sample. Paint colour matching is an art & this shop knows there art.

I first saw BCS Auto Paints on Ebay, and noticed that I could visit the BCS premises. I had been trying to match the Auto Paint of my 51-year-old eBeetle. Within ten minutes, I was holding a can of aerosol paint! Having spent a week just going-over body repairs, with the matching paint, the results are just perfection! Glad that I discovered BCS, and their great service to the customers!

Go to place for any Auto paint needs! George was superb. Even though i went to get small amount of paint done for the paint chips of my vehicle, he spent alot of time making sure he try and get the color close as possible (original paint was faded). He even gave a discount since he couldn't match the colour 100% but i couldn't tell the difference. So for $20 bucks i got the 3 pens with the primer, color and clear.

These guys were really helpful. Custom mixed some aerosol cans for me to match a waverunner, which I'd not been able to find anywhere else in Australia. I just wish I went to BCS first as it would have saved me lots of time. Great friendly service and good advice. I would definitely recommend these guys if you need paint, aerosols, touch up paint, supplies or advice.

Called up BCS Paints to check whether or not they could make a 1970’s car colour code. They were one of the few companies that could.

When I got there, the staff behind the counter were extremely helpful in helping me with the process for painting my car’s panel. It took 5 minutes to get my spray can made up. The gentleman behind the counter gave me some free sandpaper to assist me in painting my car after I told him I couldn’t find it at Bunnings anymore. This is so rare these days and was very appreciated.

I just finished my paint job on my car and the colour is a perfect match. The fans on the cans work really well as they’re really high pressure for a spray can. The outcome far exceeded my expectations. Thanks for your great advice, as a woman who has never taken on a task like this before I was nervous, but I’m so glad I did it myself.

I would recommend this business to anyone looking for automotive paint for the fantastic service and product.

Completely refreshing to deal with actual people not the neanderthals who appear at most panel and paint shops. They were understanding of the fact that sometimes stupid people like me, do stupid things to their vehicles, like scratching paint. In my case I had no one else to blame but myself. In spite of this they still treated me with dignity and friendly, efficient service and advice at 1/5 of the price! Highly recommend!

Paid an extra $15 for their “colour match service” to my sample, waited 12 of their operating hours for them to mix one aeresol can and got the same results that supercheap auto wouldve had within 5 minutes, absolute joke.they were too lazy to adjust the formula and it clearly showed

Came out DARK grey and i gave him a LIGHT grey sample and he is telling me i need to be a professional to spot the difference? Avoid this terrible shop

Ordered paint online with code 1C0, they sent me 1F7. I emailed them regarding the issue. They sent me the right one afterwards.

Being automotive I was not expecting much but wow! What a great little business. He basically dropped everything to get my paint sorted and at a great price. I couldn’t recommend highly enough

George is always ready to help you, spent 30 minutes to find the right color and he didn't even charge me!

Very helpful and knowledgeable on all types of auto paint applications. I personally have used them numerous times since 2010 with a variety of restoration projects and they truly are a one stop shop for auto paints. Highly recommended!
