Can't say enough good things about the staff in BCF Ballina. We're in there regularly with Mr. Eleven (who is completely enraptured by fishing) and the staff are always patient with his questions (and how long it takes him to decide what to buy). He recently spent all his birthday money on a new fishing rod, then accidentally broke the tip that same afternoon. When we took it back to ask if they could help us fix it, staff went well above and beyond in helping us out. Love spending time in this store.

Gentleman there sorted me out with a rod, tackle box and all the essentials for a great price with great service and even a little tuition

Friendly, helpful staff, great quality gear, if you want a cheaper quality product you could go to the other place but very highly not recommended as you'll return it very quickly- BCF always has had high standards.

BCF Ballina is a great place to get all your fishing gear and other good camping stuff. All the team at BCF Ballina are so kind and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. A big shout out to Georgia for being really helpful in all ways and to all her fellow workmates. It has all the fishing needs and great for just fishing on the river. Last thing.the prices are really good to! I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is around and needs to get out on their boat.

I shop there regularly, and the service has always been great. Last time had to return a biminy top for my boat, and they took it back even after I had installed it, with no questions asked, and swapped it over straight away.

The staff are always friendly and helpful and I haven't found better service in any other tackle shop across Australia so far. Alex is a gun when helping select the right lures and colours for any style of fishing you plan on doing in the area.

Another typical BCF, a mirror on other stores of similar size. They have pretty much everything you can ask for and have adjacent public parking both out front and next to, very adequant. Service is good. Almost always with a handful of customers in store so sometimes a little hard to get service immediately but worth the wait.

Had a great experience here. Pete is a legend. He helped me pick out an awning and awning tent and came out to my car and assisted this novice with installation tips. Appreciate your patience and assistance
