I recently received a smoker for christmas but had no experience using one prior. The staff at Bbq aroma were incredibly helpful, happy to take the time to talk me through what I would need and what I would need to know. They understood I was starting out and recommended the best places to begin (focus points, easy cuts of meat and a good starting wood). Thanks to the staff at Bbq aroma going above and beyond when I went in, my first experience with a smoker was a great success and so delicious! Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic. Polite and friendly staff on the phone and extremely helpful despite being busy in the shop as well. Delivery was overnight! Products were as advertised and well packaged. I could not be happier.

Sebastian was very helpful when I had a few questions as to what fuel to get as well as cleaning tools for my small charcoal bbq. Wasn’t looking to sell me as much as he could but looking to sell me the right products for me.

We have had a mixed experience with this shop. We were sold a faulty Davey Crockett grill that had never worked because of major flaws. It took quite a few calls to rectify the issue which is not what I would expect. I would suggest to the owners that they take the time to record issues like ours rather than just referring clients to the manufacturer without taking responsibility and also set up easier contact mechanisms. We wound up have to spend a fair few hours getting a working barbecue which spoilt much of the enjoyment of the product. It was fixed in the end but too hard. Would probably not buy a barbecue here again.

The BEST independently owned barbecue supply store in Sydney. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. This is the store for beginners and professionals. They also hold cooking classes to learn about using charcoal and wood barbecues.

Best place for BBQ gear in Sydney.
If they don't have it they'll pretty much get it for you.
