Not recommended. I got charged$ 200 for smoking in the car which is absolutely not true. There's a box to return car keys but never put them there! Grab a staff and check everything is all good before returning the car.
Rented from Bayswater several times and always satisfied with the cars and the service provided.
Great location, and you can even get them to pick you up from the airport upon arrival.

The location in downtown Sydney is easy to find, and the service is very friendly. Book a car rental online in advance, and you can complete the procedures quickly and conveniently. The cost is reasonable, and there are many cars to choose from
Don’t waste your time. Of all the rental cars I’ve hired in 30 years NEVER have I been subjected and rejected to a credit check. I have no defaults but a score under 600 meant no rental. This is despite the full insurance I took plus paying for the vehicle and the additional $300 bond they demand. Worst company policy ever. ZERO stars
Hired an ute to move house and super surprisedly got a brand new car from No birds — sparkly clean! The officers are super friendly and helpful as well! Furthermore, they offer very good prices! Fantastic! Will definitely consider to hire a car from them next time!:)

The rental process was very nice, easy and fast. But, when I called the customer service was very rude, impatient and almost sound like yelling.
Well priced car rental with excellent customer service. Their terms and conditions are clear and I have never had a problem with them since renting a vehicle weekly for over a year now. Keep up the great work!
Hired a car over a period of at least a month, possibly 6 weeks as my daughter needed a car while hers was off the road! One night we had issues with the steering so I called them to notify and see what could be done but instead of getting another car they reported it stolen as they tried to say my daughter was not on the name of the person who hired it so they had it picked up by a tow truck and then charged us over 300 for a tow and over 200 for petrol which is not possible then kept our $500 bond and left my daughter in Parramatta without a way to get home! This is the type of service you get when your paying like $300 a week for a car that is advertised for only $28 a day! I would never use them again and there staff on phone are rude and arrogant!
What can I say, I’ve booked cars here on multiple occasions, cancelled bookings, you name it - the service has always been efficient and pleasant, and it’s always no fuss, no hidden charges.
Will never hire from this company. DO NOT reccommend at all. We have tried to sort an issue out with them that THEY are liable for and nothing has been done. It's been 3 months and they have given us the run around and made excuse after excuse, causing us out of pocket and time! No stars but they wouldn't let me post without clicking on one. Dodgy
It awesome company to hire car the staff people vrey vrey beautiful and helpful excellent service very affordable easy to drive so smoothe. I recommend hire this car from this company we going do again three or 4 more week we can't wait looking forward to see this friendly staff.again
I have heard about this place for years, but only recently rented a car from there. I was surprised at not only how easy it was to hire a car, but it was also spotlessly clean and a dream to drive. Extending my rental for an additional day was so easy to do.
Rented a car for a week and was first time thru no birds but many rentals through others. Unfriendly staff basically thought I was committing some sort of fraud and insisted they need to run a credit check on me before I can take the car! Also insisted on having a digital licence. I said no to both these things which were not even in their booking terms and conditions, and they said I can continue 'just this time'. I said this will definitely be the last.way to make your customers feel like criminals. Review all your recent negative reviews and make changes otherwise you don't deserve to be in business.
Great Service! Great price! - Hassle free! Our shuttle was waiting for us at the airport, and not having to pick up and return in the airport confusion was convenient. Returning the vehicle to Kent road was a dream. Thank you to the staff for a great service.
Really professional company with lovely staff. Our contact was Michelle at the Artarmon branch, she was there when we picked up and dropped off, very helpful and thorough, even assisting me to get the child seat out of the vehicle on return. I rented the 7 seater Mitsubishi Outlander for one week and it was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely use there services again:) Thank you team
I’ve used Bayswater Car Rentals a few times and usually have received great service. I’m Reviewing my most recent experience with them.
I initially booked a car for 3 days, picking up at 5pm, returning 9am 3 days later. I contacted them to see if I could bring forward to collection time by 2 hours, and was told that, since the time I made the booking, they’d implemented minimum booking periods and I’d need to extend my booking to at least 4 days and pay the additional cost. This seemed pretty outrageous, given that I’m already paying 3 full days for 2.5 days of hire, and was now being asked to pay for 4 days.
This makes no sense to me, as the car is going to be sitting in the garage anyway. Usually great service, so really put off by my most recent experience.

BUT sometimes staff is not very polite. Spoke to Helen this evening who just seemed to not care about the customer and was rude on the phone.
