5 My mum (Meg) spent the last month here before her passing a few days ago. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to the staff at this facility. Jessica the manager and Leesa along with all the nurses, helpers kitchen staff etc were unfailingly kind, incredibly competent and proffessional. They all went way above and beyond in their care for my mum in her final weeks even allowing her boyfriend to stay overnight the last few days so she was never alone and even provided us with meals so we wouldn't have to leave her side.
My family amd I thankyou all so very much for the kindness and compassion you showed us in a very difficult time.
We had to place Mum in aged care at the height of Covid 19 in 2020. It was incredibly stressful but the staff here made it as painless as humanly possible in this incredibly difficult time. I have been nothing but impressed ever since with their care for my mother and I really can't praise Bayside Aged Care enough. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bayside Aged Care to anyone looking for quality care for their loved ones. They do a fantastic job in difficult circumstances and I can't thank them enough for everything they do for our family.
A very caring, communicative and happy environment. The management and staff are excellent. My Mum is nearly 97 and thriving with the care she is given. I would highly recommend this facility.
