Bay Electronics Centre - Jaycar Re-seller

This store is very handy being in the bay and the service is always friendly and helpful whether I pop in or call them. Hopefully they can find a buyer for the business because I really value having them nearby and the staff are great.

So these guys are just the best, always knowledgeable and helpful. Most importantly they are kind towards me when I come in not knowing what I am talking about and when I ask stupid questions. Thanks again for helping me out.

Staff there are generally very helpful, but the guy with the pony tail is just too lazy to do the necessary homework needed to provide the same high service level as the rest of the staff there.
On two separate occasions he has tried to sell me a battery that is not the equivalent of the one that I was trying to replace. On the most recent occasion, it wasn't even the same voltage!

Heading north on a sailing trip, I was incredibly lucky to stumble across this gem of a store when part of my navigation gear stopped working. Dave and the team went above and beyond to help me out, diagnosing the issue and even finding and installing the broken component! They genuinely care about helping their customers, and it shows. They have a great range of marine-grade electronics gear, and I was able to restock with some spare waterproof fuses and switches. I can’t recommend this store highly enough - six stars!

Dave at Bay Electronics / Jaycar is a really nice person with a wealth of knowledge. He helped us with recommendations in a battery charger and fixed our fan remote all while we had a nice conversation in the shop. I would totally recommend him if you need anything electronic.

I have been using Bay Electronics Centre for years. The guys are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they have a great range of products.

I go into Bay Electrical Centre a bit to get my electrical equipment I come across a robot arm I quite liked it I bought it and took it home the robot arm is one that you build from scratch like a model I've put it all together and it's great it was quite an experience building it and I've put a little video and a couple of photos of it thank you from mwh
