I'm a beginner who attends classes in an erratic fashion as the rest of my life interferes. I've tried five different yoga classes elsewhere in Sydney, but Baulkham Hills Yoga is the best.
Small classes and informed, considerate teachers mean that you get personal attention in each class on adjustments needed. They are outstanding and offer a variety of solutions to deal with old injuries you may be carrying and provide challenge on how you can improve.
Pricing also is very fair.

The classes are simply amazing. You walk out thinking you didn't know you even had muscles there. If you want to understand the meaning of peaceful yoga this is the place you need to be. Oh and don't worry you will workout just as intensely as any other class.
