Really nice and helpful staff who go above what is required to help you out. Yes you can buy some items cheaper on line but the after sales service is worth the price difference. And it supports local business.

Super helpful staff. I went in with a problem with my dual Battery system and straight away they came out to test it. Shaun knew what the problem was straight away, told me how to fix it and sold me quality parts that I needed. They even kept my batteries overnight to charge them for me. Would definitely recommend.

My car broke down last Sunday on a highway close to Port Macquarie. I called Battery World, explained what happened and Tony, the manager, claimed the problem was the battery. He went there, changed for a new one and the car didn’t work. I was left unattended on the roadside, been charged $289 by the manager who wanted me to get in the van, leave my girlfriend with my broken car on the highway and go to the store in Port Macquarie with him, because he’d brought the wrong EFTOS machine. Of course I did not. “If you don’t pay for that, you’re gonna be in big trouble”, he said. I took my car to a Honda mechanical workshop, where I’ve been told the problem was the fuel pump, not the battery. I even tried to workout a discount to make it fair and leave them a realistic positive feedback, but the Director Terry Luckman took it as a threat! Long story short: I paid $289, my car didn’t work and I got a very bad customer service.

Definitely do not recommend these guys.

Upon arrival with my van that was having intermittent issues starting, they quickly tested and proved that the issue was indeed caused by the battery. They offered a number of replacement batterys at different pricepoints and quality.

They quickley installed the new battery and also replaced the broken battery bracket on the spot.

The van has been working fine since.

These guys were great. Didn't try and rip me off, offered me a cheaper option and didn't charge me for the call out.

Best AA and AAA batteries last longer.worth the money and my watch batteries fitted $5.00 beat that.
