Battery World

Tested my old car battery and advised on a new one. As soon as I had paid for the battery, they informed me that the alternator was broken, so they wouldn't provide any warranty for the battery. The battery was completely destroyed by the next day, and I had to get another one from the autoelectrician.

Seriously exploitative behaviour on the part of Battery World selling batteries when they know that it's not appropriate or suitable for the customer's needs. Certainly not coming back.

Drive in for free battery check revealed battery was good (was faulty starter motor). No wait, friendly staff.

Good range of quality batteries (which you don't get from other battery retailers) at a reasonable price (there are other retailers that are cheaper but they don't deliver and install, so I was prepared to pay a bit more for that convenience)

Quick turnaround of replacement battery to agreed details via prior telephone conversation.

The staff at battery world where incredibly helpful. Few months before replacing my battery i came to the store and they told me my battery didn't need to be replaced yet and my battery just needed a recharge. I followed their advice and could get some more time out of my battery. I went back to them for a new battery today and appreciate their willingness to help and how honest they always are!

I've had 2 batteries replaced here. Awesome knowledge and service. Great prices and superior products.

Fake warranty! What's the point of paying more here than elsewhere?
I went to them complaining about bad battery and they blamed the alternator which was giving 13.4 Volts, mechanic said alternator is good, they didn't replace the battery!

Worst experience I've ever had saw price of a battery at one store for $40 they had it at $65 and they said they would not match it I would not go there again and staff were very very rude to me laughing at me when I asked them to call the owner of the store and said I should ring him and they then ignored me so don't shop there it the worst store I ever been in

I drive a high performance vehicle, when asked if it was mine I answered “Yes” as one would. I was then asked “Are you sure it’s not your boyfriend’s? ”. Safe to say I took my business elsewhere.

Just want to say a big Thankyou to battery world Tempe, especially Rob (the man of great patience and substance) sold me a new battery but said the main problem was the charging alternator which i thought it can not be as brand new (2 months on car) Rob then took the car battery out and recharged, he gave me a loan battery to drive around with for a few days, after installing the original newly charged battery it happened again which did not make me happy, so he replaced the second time with a new one, but show me a small drop in the amps, and repeated told me its low and the charging system is not right, only by a few amps, as i really thought it was the battery fault, - turns out it was a faulty brand new alternator - so what have I learnt from battery world Tempe, keep my mouth shut and let the experts do what they do best, battery’s and sound advice - and believe me these guys (and one lady) are the most patient people you ever meet, 1000 stars as these guys could light up the night sky with amazing service

The customer is always right? Well this one was completely wrong!

Worst advise ever. We have to hear multiple times that we are amateurs and know nothing. He could sell us a complete system with assembling, but in stead he sends us away. We are coming to a store to ask for advise, not to do it online. Absolutely a horrible conversation. I don’t advise this place!

Went in for a new car battery. Friendly staff, good advice and happy to install and recycle old battery for no extra fee. Will def go back for battery needs.

Went to buy an alarm battery. On the internet price range $20-35. They charge me $54.95! Outrageous.

Very good service from the staff there and even stayed a bit longer having a chat to the owner. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all your battery needs.
