Battery World Dubbo are amazing!
I’ve had the pleasure of using them twice in 6 months for battery replacement in 2 different cars. Both times I was stuck at home, a simple phone call, they bring the new battery to you and install it on the spot, all in super quick time!

Called these guys late on a Friday afternoon, were super quick at responding and arrived within 30mins. Great friendly and informative advice from the worker. Thank you so much

Absolutely wonderful customer service! After a rather stressful morning with a rooted car battery, it was such a relief to receive some help from these guys. They replaced the battery so quickly and very cheaply. Thank you:)

Nathan at the dubbo store is an absolute champion five stars to this lot after great customer service and good price on my bike battery.

I have to leave a 1 star as I went there to have my phone screen repaired, just to receive the phone back and have the right side of the screen go dark 2 days later. I called battery world and asked to take the phone back so they couldn’t fix the darkness on the screen that they caused. I’ve taken it back up and the bloke said there’s nothing they can do. When I got home I realise now that I can’t use my back camera and my flash is also not working. I’m not able to take use the light on the phone. Waisted fuel traveling from Wellington just to have to wait for 2 hours, just for the bloke to break my phone even more. Waisted $90 at this place ^^
I would recommend you look else where and/or spend the extra money to go out of town to have your phone repaired.

The only problem I had before I went in there was a cracked screen, now I have multiple.

Edit- I would call them again and have them fix the further damages fixed, but I don’t think the guy that works there now really knows what he’s doing and I don’t have the fuel to be going back and forth from dubbo just so he can tamper with lunch phone.

It also feels like the phone screen running slow as now, the texting doesn’t keep up with the pace that you type.

I returned a battery by registered mail on the 15th December 2021, still waiting for my refund of $54-75.not happy with their refund policy

The battery on my son's little quad needed replacing and we were at mendooran on holidays. A quick call to battery world at Dubbo and we were good to go in no time. Great service at the store and they had a battery ready too go. Would recommend to anyone

Following a tricky battery problem in our motorhome in Dubbo we went to Battery World where the service was exceptional. In fact above and beyond the call of duty. Cal knows his stuff and has a happy "can do" attitude. He fixed it all. Chris was friendly and helpful. Can't fault Battery World Dubbo.

The only battery store that can't get anny battery i want 6 devices not able to match one but the Sydney stores found every one over the phone and paid for delivery Dubbo store neads to get better

My partner and I are very satisfied with the service we received from Battery World Dubbo today from an asset to the business the manager Cal.
Full of knowledge and experience as well as outstanding customer service! Having to replace a phone is quite stressful, but we left today feeling stress free. It was cheap, fast and easy and Cal was happy to share as much information as he could.

Cal and Ryan were professional and took the timeout to answer all the questions I had. Service with a smile and excellent knowledge of products.

Dropped in while going through town, while on holidays from Melbourne, guy was extremely helpful and knew what he was on about, went out of his way to help and tested my main battery even though that was ok, even installed my duel battery in my Hilux as I was about to do it myself with limited tools, I think his name was Jesse thanks mate

The guys at battery world are very professional and overall they always are very fluent in explaining what the issue may be with whatever product you are requesting to have repaired. Would totally recommend them for there great efforts.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable, very helpful.
The store is well equipped with all I required to solve my minor battery issue.

The owner is arrogant and not very helpful at all. Since i have been a customer the staff has changed weekly which is concerning when moat of them have no training or knowledge at all. Very disappointed and will never be returning to this store!
