Wasted my morning. Book in to have my battery tested. Arrived on time and the guys were busy so I waited patiently. 45 mins after arriving I was told the battery needed to be removed from the vehicle and tested on a machine a process that was going to take hours. Never asked what the issue was nor any history of the problem. A complete waist of my time.

The guys at Battery World looked at my BT50 with battery issues, provided a free battery check and even helped re-attach a bluetooth battery monitor and replaced a threaded nut. All free of charge. Outstanding service. Will definitely be back when my battery needs replacing.

It was a very painless exercise in replacing the battery in my vehicle. All over in minutes. Staff were helpful from beginning to end and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

Fantastic service received from Steve. Although I could have driven to the store to replace my car battery that had died, I mentioned to Steve I didn't want to amplify a back injury I have by handling a heavy battery and as I was a local, he offered to come out an no charge and test my battery first to check it's condition, to confirm if I even needed to buy a new one. He arrived within 30 mins of my call and although my battery did need replacing, he waived the call out fee and refused to even accept a $20 cash tip. I called up to see if you sold car batteries and spoke with Jake. He checked my battery using my rego number and told me all this information about how many options I had. I went in and he remembered my car and took me to the selection and then carried battery out to my car and put it in. Great service! Super friendly and helpful. Came in here with my old solar setup in pieces and completely lost on how to put it all back together. Jake made it look so easy did all the wiring and bolts and tested it and then let us go free of charge because of our predicament.we are so so greatful for his help thankyou Jake!
