Worst customer service I have ever experienced the man Greg is rude and makes you feel extremely uncomfortable in store never going back there again. Not a single word spoken and walks off without talking to you regarding your product.

Exceptional services. We had them deliver a brand new battery home the same morning we ordered it online for our Hilux. They fitted the battery for me free of charge, and also diagnosed the truck right after to check for any faults that may cause issues for us in general. Sure enough, the alternator was out and wasn't charging our battery. Thanks Battery World Toronto. We appreciate you guys. And we highly recommend them to anyone. %

There is an older man with a beard who is lazy and rude. He is especially lazy when he is alone in the shop. The owners are ok, but not this employee. I got my battery for the first time in Cardiff just to avoid this guy. What a shame! It used to be a good shop, I always bought my batteries there.

I went with my battery to battery world after my auto electrician told me was battery was stuffed and I left it over night and they told me my battery was really good, I put it back in my car and headed off to qld for work and again my battery failed me, Racq came along and the first tester they put on it showed it was really good but then he put a different tester on it and it came up the battery was stuffed, in my opinion this branch of battery world does not have all the equipment to totally test your battery properly and I could have been stuck in the middle of nowhere with a stuffed battery, I won’t be back to battery world

Needed a new battery, as my one was terrible to start my car. Got a free quick battery test, and was told that it definitely needs replacing.

They were knowledgeable with the batteries suited for my car and they had it installed in 15 mins.

Really overpriced. Just unimpressed with the whole experience. But no other real options around.

I have found that there coin sell prices are more expensive due to the fact they usually fit the battery to the device for the customer ie car key phob, scales and watches etc and this covers the cost of the service provided aswell as offering alternate of two packcoin sells for 13.95

Fantastic service, even had toy trucks to keep my toddler busy while they replaced a battery in my car key! Highly recommended, no more opening the car from the drivers side carrying a wayward toddler, and extremely well priced! Can't recommend enough, award winning service! Thank you!

Paid $9.95 for a no name CR1632 lithium battery for a car key. Brand names for the same battery are available at Bunnings $4.95, Office Works $5.49, Jaycar $2.95, Target $4.49 and online at Ausbatteries for $1.58. It seems mark ups at Battery World Toronto are excessive and I will certainly research prices in future.

10/10 EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

In a panic I called Battery World Toronto this morning and spoke with Michael. I explained that i was having car problems and that I thought my battery was the cause. Michael was very understanding, polite, informative and helpful. I took my car straight in and Michael remembered me from my call earlier. Michael tested my current car battery and found that it was indeed the issue. I was given options on what battery I could purchase and was VERY happy to see Australian Made products in my local store. Within minutes my new battery was fitted by Michael and my car had returned to full health. Cannot fault these guys on anything. I will be referring all of my friends and family to Battery World Toronto.

I've been to a few battery shops and these guys have the best service by far and to my surprise, the best prices. Much cheaper than the camping or auto shops.
Staff were keen to help and very experienced. After speaking with them I realised they did more than just batteries with other accessories and wiring services.
I won't go anywhere else for batteries.
