Prices quite high for very often unknown brands of batteries. One of the staff member got very unpleasant, screaming at me when I made a really innocent comment about those high prices. Definitely not the place I would go to again or recommend.

My car’s battery was slowly misbehaving over the last few weeks and finally died on a Sunday. I called around to see if I could get it replaced before my week started. The staff at super cheap auto recommended that I was better off seeing battery world because they would have stock and be more affordable. They were not wrong. Matt and the team were able to give me the correct advice on the questions that I fired off at them, plus they had stock and gave me a better deal and were able to fit it on the spot. They even advised me that my car (with an auto start-stop feature) required a specific battery, which I had not known, so I also learned something. The guys were friendly and professional while fitting the battery; it Didn't take long, their customer service was excellent, I saved some $$$, and I'll be recommending anyone else that needs a battery to drop on in. Keep up the great work.

Fantastic service, called them for a quote to install a new car battery at midday and then arrived there at 12: 15pm and battery was purchased and fitted and I was ready to drive away by 12: 35. What a superb customer service experience, plus they gave me the best price when compared to other suppliers. Excellent work, wish I could give you 6 stars but 5 is the maximum.

Good Service, Price and Service.

I was after a special type of battery. The staff showed me several brand of Bartery and explained the difference, so I could chose the one I needed. They were very helpful and answered all my questions.

They seem like nice people however, after spending $215 on a battery with 3 years warranty, my battery stopped working 3 months out of warranty. Battery world were not interested in helping me and gave many excuses as to why it wouldn’t work. My advice is support you mechanic, pick up a cheaper battery that will do the same job and I’m sure they’d give you better service!

My old battery was dying I called up and they recommended me to pop in. Jordan was very nice saved a car parking spot out the front and installed my new battery for me absolute legend. Thanks again team at Battery World.

They were great, very helpful, didn't treat you like a dummy for asking questions. If you need anything battery related this is the place to go!

Maybe for car batteries they're good but for other batteries, they're expensive and not particularly helpful. I went in for a camera battery and the guy literally just eyeballed it and hoped it was right.

I said "shouldn't you check the model number on the packet? " and he said, "No, we just check if it looks the same and then put it in and see if it works". I said "what about voltage and amperage? " to which he responded with a blank look.

I've only got consumer level knowledge of batteries but I'd hate to think how many people out there have devices running on the wrong voltage or Ah.

Considering I can buy two batteries and a charger for the same price online, I won't bother going back here again.

Extra star for being nice however.
