Batemans Bay Marina Resort

What a great week spent here in Bateman's Bay at the Marina Resort. 3bedroom 2 bathroom waterfront cabin was great with heaps of room to relax. Great views. Excellent quiet location. Friendly staff. Walking distance to town, restaurants, golf club, marina, beach & carnival. We highly recommend

We stayed at this resort during the holidays. Villa is a bit old, but that doesn’t bother us. Staff are very helpful, and accommodating. This place has all the essential things we need. There is shopping centre nearby, less than 10 mins drive. It’s nice and quiet place. There were many families with young kids. This place is very friendly for family with young kids and elderly people with walking frame. Walk paths are easy and flat. There is a fishing spot within walking distance (2-3 mins). There are also beautiful beaches within 10-20 mins drive. Overall, it was such a pleasant stay for us.

8 of us stayed for a lad's golf weekend and the accommodation was excellent. The resort is walking distance to Catalina Golf Club, the rooms were clean (and will be even better once they finish renovating the rooms), and views to the water on our walks are excellent. Great place!

Good variety of stalls selling fruit, crafts, plants, alcohol, new and used clothing and household goods.

Location and wifi were good. The incessant "risk warnings" around the park did not feel very welcoming. Room was not ready at 3pm. Mould under sink was so bad that you had to hold your breath to open the cupboard. Pedal karts were $15 for 30min and mini golf was $7.50 per person- all a bit exorbitant in my opinion. Our cabin (6) slept 6 but only had 3 chairs inside. Overall, unimpressed and wouldn't recommend, but maybe newer cabins are better.

Our golf group of 26 players stayed for a few days, the facilities were great, self-contained accommodation made it easy to cook your own meals, it's an easy walk to the golf club and the area is peaceful and very laid back, whatever you don’t have…. Everything is just down the road at the main shopping center, great location – we have been staying here for many years in a row and have already booked for next year!

We stayed at this beautiful resort for only two nights but we really enjoyed the atmosphere, there’s no shortage of fun activities to do at the resort, it’s only a short walk to the beach, the cabin we stayed in was beautiful and very homey, the staff were so friendly and all around lovely people.we would definitely love to stay again, and thankyou again to the beautiful staff

Nice location, clean rooms, great hospitality and relaxing stay. Keep up the good work and continue similar standards in future, as well.

The rooms were terrible, very old, TV didn’t have any reception, We travel with a group every year, hopefully we get better rooms next year and maybe a free night

The area is beautiful and lots for kids to do but it’s a shame that no money is being put back in to the the accommodation the cabins are very out dated, dirty, broken, full of cockroaches and spiders we had a good time in any case but would have been more comfortable with out the filthy stuff mentioned.

Room was not ready when we arrived,
We filled out the form stating our ETA was 11am. Was told the room would be ready between 2-3pm. Finally were allowed in our room at 4pm.
When we booked this stay 2 months prior we always stated there was 2 adults and 5 children. Nothing was ever stated about the fact you could only have 6 in a room.
We were supplied with a mattress to put one of the kids on the floor after I informed that the kids would not be sleeping head to toe.
At check out this was raised with the assistant manager and the person that booked the room in the first instance.
We were met with arrogance and basically asked if we lied to them and told them we had a baby with us so we could get a cheaper room.
It says on the booking confirmation it was for 2 adults and 5 kids so clearly we did the right thing.
Please don't then tell me that we were lucky because we should really have booked 2 rooms and paid a lot more, it was your error not ours we did the right thing.
The BBQ was filthy, the main toilet door didn't close properly, no TV remote in the main bedroom.
Bottom bunk smelt of mould.
1 star is too many in my opinion, will not be staying here again nor will I recommend to any family or friends.

We had spent four days here and had a wonderful experience.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. I left my IPad in the cottage. The staff informed me immediately after they cleaned the room. And they helped to organize the aupost to send the iPad back to me in Sydney packed in a well well protected parcel. Thanks so much for the considerate.

The facilities are well managed. Toilet and shower facilities are very clean and all the time.

Kids had a excellent time as there are a lot of facilities for them in the resort, like playgrounds, jumping park, mini golf, swimming pool etc.

Definitely recommend to all families with kids.

Our family come here year after year and its always a positive experience. The cabins are great with everything you need, and only a couple of minutes walk to both the beach and the lake. The marina and town centre are even within walking distance. The facilities are brilliant for kids, with a large pool, tennis, mini golf, ping pong, snooker, a games room, a sand field, jumping castle, kids play area, and bike hire. The resort itself is massive with plenty of space to cycle and walk around, with numerous BBQ areas. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Highly recommended for a family getaway.

One of the bed had hair when I moved. I talked in the reception and they were not keen in fixing this issue. The service was better.

Lovely location and very relaxing overlooking the water.
Outdoor furniture a bit dated and lacking.
Overall we had a great stay.

It is part of nice long walk along the beachfront / waterfront. More for members only but still a relaxing place to visit and enjoy the view or the ocean but not much more.

Quiet and comfortable. Warm and cosy. Location was close to all sorts of activities, and cafes and restaurants are plentiful and a lot of variety. Highly recommend Catalina Country Club - less than 5 minutes walk and excellent food. Would go again, and spring/summer would be ideal for plenty of water activities.

Wonderful staff & excellent location. Villa was clean & inviting. Nice & quiet. We’ll be certainly going back again.
