I am so greatful for Mandys teachings at the hypnobirthing day course! She helped me overcome my fear of birthing by providing practical techniques and information about how to have a positive, progressive and gentle birth, but also an understanding about how to support the body to progress in labour during the different stages. The course also helped prepare my partner, giving him more confidence about the birth and how to support me during the process. I ended up having a vbac, that was calm & drug free in an hour and a half with no intervention or complications. The perfect birth. Thank you Mandy!

Highly recommended. Completed the positive birth program with Amanda recently and it really helped me understand all the tools I could use for an easy comfortable birth. I went into labour feeling well equipped with knowledge and understanding of what my body was about to go through and had no fear! This all lead to the quick, healthy, no complications birth of my son just last week.
