Got a fantastic deal on a new floor stock oven from these guys. However, am very disappointed with the delivery arrangements. Assumed that delivery would mean into the kitchen which is upstairs. Was never asked any details of the house at time of arranging delivery. The oven is (and always was!) 90cm wide and weighs 114kg. The 3 able bodied men who arrived were very quick to claim they could not take it up our stairs to the kitchen for WHS and insurance reasons. It’s a straight forward house entry on street level. Normal door and internal stairs. They made zero attempt or any effort to get it up. They left it basically at the front door in our garage. They also told me I would need a forklift and to remove panels on our deck to get it in. The ‘free’ delivery and sale price was weaponised as some sort of reason why I shouldn’t complain and be grateful! So rude. We still spent thousands on it. Thankfully I have 2 teenage sons and a great friend who got it up the stairs in a jiffy! Beware of the delivery arrangements!

Nathan helped me out with ordering a new fridge over the phone. He was exceptionally helpful and friendly, top class customer service.
Very reasonable pricing for delivery and removal of the old fridge. Delivery was flawless with great communication from Con.

I can not speak more highly about Betta_Electrical in Batemans Bay, because of health problems, l do my shopping over the phone, and l have always been able to put my trust in getting exactly the perfect choice, the staff includeing the delivery team are so lovely to talk to and cannot do enough for you. I recently incorrectly purchased a 40" ChiQ Smart TV from Betta at Batemans Bay. Once installed I realised I had incorrectly measured and a 43" would be a better fit. When contacted, Josh at Betta was totally accommodating, advising me to repack, return and swap. No drama. From the first contact everyone at Betta were charming, helpful and professional. Betta are so much "Betta" than any competition.

We had a problem with an item broken in transport and 1 phone call later all sorted couldn't ask for more a pleasure to deal with them

Where to begin? I have had dealings with Betta and the other major whitegoods provider in Batemans Bay over the past few years. As a result, I now only deal with Betta. I am an older woman who values being treated with respect by happy, smiling people who don't treat me as if I am an idiot. I am happy to pay a premium for excellent, professional service from people who also know their product. Once they price-matched their competitor's price and factored in delivery and the cost of removing my old washing machine, the difference was about $40. A small extra cost to pay! Thanks too to the delivery crew. They also did an excellent job.

Thank you Megan for chasing down the elusive spare parts online site for the oven I bought from Betta Batemans Bay 5 years ago. Now that's what I call after sales service! Brilliant!

Staff were very helpful Made the purchase a pleasure. Negotiated on price. Delivery guys were above expectations! Not only delivered it, carried it upstairs, carried the old one down to my garage, no trouble.
Look forward to meeting these guys again at the next purchase.
