On Wednesday June 9th, 2021 I started experiencing technical difficulties with my Dell laptop. I am currently working remotely from a base in Sydney. My company has offices in California and Shanghai. The IT gurus at my company tried their best but were unable to solve the problem.

I contacted BatTech late on Thursday and explained to Anthony that my IT support team had already exhausted all their resources trying to help me and that I was desperate for a solution. Anthony was super accommodating and maneuvered some space in his schedule for me to drop off my laptop the same day.

I arrived at BatTech and was greeted warmly by Anthony who then proceeded to begin analyzing the problems. To my amazement Anthony found and solved the problem within 10 minutes. My IT support team in California and Shanghai were thoroughly impressed.

Anthony could have easily just charged me the BatTech service fee after the first 10 minutes and then sent me on my very satisfied and merry way. Instead, Anthony went out of his way to spend an additional 45 minutes chatting with me about my business and provided valuable consultation as to how I could improve my efficiency with regard to my current work setup.

Very impressed with Bat Tech service. I rang this morning and brought my laptop straight in. I couldn't get it to boot up despite trying online suggestions. Anthony fixed it the same day at a very reasonable price, helped me back it up and also replaced the camera lens which was cracked on my iPhone 11. Apple was going to charge me $679! I will definitely use this service again.
