Recommended by our guest house, this little restaurant at the end of a dead end street was a real culinary discovery. The dishes were hearty, tasty and full of different flavors in the mouth…incredibly good! We complimented the kitchen. In addition, the prices are really very reasonable. Just a downside on the room being too small and the tables outside overlooking the cul-de-sac are not very attractive. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Cosy little restaurant, in the alley way in Katoomba. Can't believe this is our first trying this restaurant after countless time visiting the Blue Mountains. All the dishes that our ordered are just full of flavour and sends your taste buds dancing. Must visit

We gave this place a 0 star rating. Our 90 year old mother was eating a bread roll while we were seated and waiting to order when a waitress asked her to stop eating as it was not their food. Disgusting behaviour from anybody really, we just got up and left as we didnot want to support such thoughless rude arrogant behaviour. The worst service ever encountered, better off going to the other Thai places in town.

We had a meal tonight at this restaurant and the service was “Very” to “extremely poor”.

We spoke to the manager on exit from the restaurant and we said that our 3 starters and 2 main courses had been delivered within 1 or 2 minutes of each other and the Manager said she knew kitchen were rushing.

Guys we ordered at 7.40pm.such a shame we didn’t get chance to enjoy our starters (entrées) properly for a few minutes before our main courses arrived!

On hearing our concerns (mentioned at time of our food arriving and also on exit to the restaurant manager / owner) the waitress and Manager were not really bothered at all! Poor eh!

Just said they knew they were rushing!

We had all course’s (starters and main courses) delivered to us in the restaurant at 8.04pm on 21/9 and we left the restaurant at 8.45pm. The waitress never came back to us! To see if we wanted anything else.

We have been out for meals everynight for 3 weeks in Perth, Fremantle, Melbourne, Sydney and this was certainly the worst service we have had.

Fantastic meal & service! Beautiful flavours, presentation & serving size - one of the best Thai meals we've had.

Really enjoyed my meal here. Chicken sate, duck & aubergine curry and roti bread. Good value for a total of $44.

This is a very busy restaurant so the staff are rushed off their feet. Despite that they are friendly and efficient. The food is A1.

Not fancy but fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended.

Very busy and popular restaurant on Saturday night.
Make booking, otherwise you may miss it.
Delicious food, fried vegetables, wild rice, duck rice paper rolls, duck with roasted eggplant, garlic beef, bread, everything 10 out of 10. Service was very good too despite they were unbelievably busy. Also, it is BYO $2.50 charge per person.
Keep in mind they do close early, about 8.30 pm.
Khob Khun Kha.

Had the laksa which was ok but too sweet. The kids liked the spring rolls. We ordered the satay chicken wrap too but everything came out at different times and it took forever for the wrap to come.

Nice little restaurant tucked away from the main road. Really enjoyed the food, you don't get the atmosphere of other places on Katoomba, but at night, that really didn't matter!

Beautiful Food, friendly staff, beautiful owner who’s always friendly and helpful. It’s one of the Mountains hidden jems, you won’t be disappointed. My only complaint is that I can’t fit more food in whenever I go, I eat till I’m bursting and I still want more. Treat yourself and give it a go, you’ll love it.

Waited for over an hour. Everyone around me finished their dinner and left. Reason was that I ordered entrees. My drink was not served until asked for it again. Money bags had only peanuts, no mince was present. Quality of food was also average considering the wait times.

Whilst there was a little bit of a wait for our lunch to be served, once served, it was absolutely delicious. The portion sizes varied a little between our dishes, so perhaps confirm what is included. We were avoiding a few foods due to intolerances and it was fairly easy to choose something within our range of foods. Would absolutely go there again.

I don’t have pictures to post because al the food was eaten straight up! Loved this little Thai cafe in the center of Katoomba.
Ordered papaya salad and eggplant curry and loved every single bite!

I ordered fried rice and asked if it is hot or not. I was told that “NOT” so I asked for a spicy one.
It was insane hot which my food tasted bitter. I had only four or five spoons and got a plain rice to mix but nothing changed at all.

I think the chef has a contract with hot pepper market and gets rewards by pepper farmers.

“ATTENTION” If you are going to order here, emphasise on MILD, they don’t have any idea about hot or spicy ️ cuisine, otherwise the quality and plate decoration were great.

Enjoyed our dinner here on our first night's stay in the area so much that we came back the next night. On both nights the food was delicious. Love the options of Asian fusion, although we stayed with the Thai options these were still more interesting than the usual Thai menu. We tried the fish cakes, satay chicken sticks, Duck & Shitaki chilli jam, Chicken Green Curry, Chicken & Cashew Nut and Eggplant duck curry. All were so yummy! Hard to pick a favourite as the presentation of all was also lovely.
On top of that the staff are nice, and they allow BYO. Recommend to book on Fri & Sat nights as they do get busy.

Fantastic food but service can improve cozy place for a great treat especially in the mountains.

Delicious and popular restaurant with lots of vegetarian options. We were lucky to get a seat as we came in just before the 6pm dinner crowd. There is a slight slope right out side of the restaurant, so some of the tables out there might be dangerous for soup dishes. We tried the gyoza ($9 for 4) with pork and shrimp, quite standard, nothing too special but still tasty. The highlight was the duck and eggplant red curry - the sauce was so delicious that we were cleaning it off the plate. The duck slices were tender and tasty and the eggplant was really soft inside, but still had a tough skin. The green beans could be more cooked though. My sister-in-law had the grilled chicken which was very tender and had a nice char taste too. The Buddha bowl and tofu and mushroom dish was really similar, and we needed to order extra rice on the side. Wild rice is really good, a little chewy and sticky and purple in color. Food was great but the team was a bit busy setting up when we got in at 5: 45pm, so might be good to arrive around 6 when they are ready for the dinner crowd.

I had the Budda bowl and it was delicious and quite spicy - as I like it. The kitchen closes at 8pm. My partner had duck and eggplant in the satay sauce - so good! The duck was a lovely texture and had lots of flavour from the sauce. There were several vegetarian options, a handful of vegan ones and all the ones that the meat could be removed from to be veggie/ vegan were marked on the menu.
