Just got my car back after some repairs today, and it feels like I've got a brand new car! George, who helped me out from the start was very friendly and nice. They really did a great job, and I'm very happy with their service.

I would definitely recommend Greg and his team as they did a great job with both of our car repairs and was very helpful in the process helping us with transport, etc in the meantime. Greg was also very responsive and prompt with our requests or questions! Thumbs up to the team!

From calling the insurance on my behalf to extending my car hire to delivering my repaired vehicle directly to my home. I am so grateful they remove the inconvenience of downtime associated with having a car repaired. They are realistic when it comes to time frames and do not bullsh*t promise you that the car will be fixed and repaired within a month. This is what i was actually told by my insurers in an attempt to convince me to drop my vehicle off at a preferred GIO insurer. DO NOT listen to your insurance company and if you have a choice then please use BASHA AUTOHAUS and you’ll be guaranteed to be looked after well! At first i was a bit iffy about sending my ordinary car here as i saw they often work with really expensive super cars but the team there do not discriminate and they treat everyone the same whether you are driving a toyota or a ferrari. I recently had a rear end collision and spent a lot of time trying to find the right smash repairs as I’m very very picky until someone recommended Basha Autohaus, I looked at their profile and knew they were the ones, I called and George got me in straight away took care of the insurance claim for me also organised me a courtesy car. From the second I got there I was treated like royalty although I thought I wouldn’t considering my car wasn’t a high end one like most of the cars they had there. My car was repaired in no time and looks better than it was when it was brand new not to mention the free repair they done on one of my doors that had major dents if you are reading this review and considering getting your car repaired with these guys don’t think twice, AMAZING WORKMANSHIP AMAZING TREATMENT! I just would like to thank George & Greg for salving our 2003 VW Golf that was involved in an accident. This car meant so much to us as it belonged to our father and the state of the car was immaculate for its age. We were so impressed with the finished result of the panel beating, spray job and body works. The car looked better than its original state, just fantastic and great to know that George and Greg understood our dream and were able to accomplish for us with minimal difficulties. We have brought our other car here and also impressed with their sheer eye for detail and passion in their customer's cars. Recently had my car in with these guys for a minor repair however the service recieved from Greg and his team felt like i was a multi million dollar account.
