Such a shame that after reading your reviews to be so disappointed by your unprofessional approach to moving the contents of my home. Not only were your staff rude but travelling behind your truck, the way you were driving was dangerous and irresponsible. The other reviews on your page are probably your family members because my experience was nothing like what is stated.

Cam and his team were brilliant. Professional, respectful and efficient and above all, hard working. They were all understanding of the complexities and emotions involved in a major downsizing and went above and beyond to make it as easy and comfortable as possible. They achieved the impossible for us - a move from 1 large home to three different locations in a single day.

Bartletts just moved our family for the second time and we’ll never use anyone else - they make the whole process so smooth and easy. Cam and the team are all friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

(They also offer a service where they pack up your kitchen and then unpack on the other side and find a place for things - it definitely helps take the stress out of moving. I recommend this too)

The Bartlett’s crew went above and beyond to move my elderly parents. They were thorough, efficient and swift but most importantly they were kind, considerate, patient and thoughtful. They brought much needed humour and warmth at a time of real uncertainty for my parents - even giving my mum hugs when it all got too much for her. Thanks to Bartlett’s Mum and Dad are now happily settled in their new place. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Bartletts was by far the best moving company I have ever used! Jeff, Shirley, Cam and the team made the move absolutely seamless, they were speedy and helpful and took great care of our items. They checked where everything went before moving it in to the new place and if we weren’t happy with the placement of items they were more than happy to move them for us to a different spot. They really went above and beyond - Cam even helped me with random things in the new place like a broken door handle, and gave a recommendation for a handyman when he couldn’t do it. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
