7Beautiful walk and lookout with great distance options. Flat and open walk great for kids.
A beautiful 360 degree perspective of the southern highlands and the south Coast.
Really nice walk, lots of level gradient stretches and smaller inclines - nothing too serious. Fantastic views east over the Illawarra and west to the highlands. A short narrow road in off jamberoo mountain road with a decent amount of parking. There are picnic tables scattered around, no BBQ's and need to take your rubbish out with you. A Bush style toilet available near the car park with tap water, so not too gross - although the kids response was priceless.
Spectacular views at Cooks Nose Pass. The Griffiths Trail is an enjoyable walk but no much views except Illawarra Lookout. Flying Fox Pass is pretty much blocked by dense vegetation.
The view point here is lovely, shame about the powerlines. The walk in is nothing special but the view worth it.
