Bare Naked Bowls / Palmó Artisan Açai reviews
64 I should have turned around after the first red light. No coffee as per the menu. Cutlery was dirty. My avocado toast did not have half the avocado on it as per their menu. At least they compensated the avocado for hair under my bread.
No I did not even complain. Where do you start. I ordered 4 meals on my visit today. Two bowls and 2 toast meals. And our feeling was similar with all 4 bowls.
How was my meal? It was okay. Then again you can't get toast and avocado wrong. Hence my 2 stars.
My daughter loves this place and I must say it is very good. She and I often go down on the weekend - I like the Beach Bowl or the Rio Bowl. Healthy, refreshing and always satisfying. Some mothers and daughters get their nails done or whatever. Bare Naked Bowls is the little thing we do together.:)
Lovely staff and the bowls were amazing!
The only point I don't understand is, why they hand out paper bowls also for those who are eating at the Café. Reusable bowls would be much better.
Extremely delicious, but the slowest service imaginable. It’s been over thirty minutes and I’m still waiting for my açai smoothie, there’s not even that many other customers! Like what could possible make it take this long!
They do the best Superfood Smoothies on the Northern Beaches, especially after a good training ride. Grab yourself a Naked Berry Smoothie you won't regret it. They aren't the cheapest but your buying quality. They sometimes have long ques and wait time because they are super popular! It's worth the wait!
DELICIOUS! Had Rio Bowl - just perfect with gorgeous granola. Tried Power Bowl as well but much prefer Rio!
Big variety of options on the breakfast bowls and smoothies. Good healthy options and big portions. Presentation pretty amazing!
Great drinks but they don't give you any straws unless you pay $5 for a bloody bamboo one you'll use once then forget about!
Great acai spot, staff are willing to give you exactly what you want, I tested them with my many changes! Love the crunchy buckinis, coconut chia pudding, and super fresh fruit.
Delicious food and drinks, pity about the service. No acknowledgements of customers standing in front of the line for what seems like 5 minutes, guy in braided hair looks like he doesn't want to be there. EDIT: This was a weekday too.
Their acai/smoothie bowls are some of the best I've had, along with their raw treats! We got the power bowl and the ocean bowl, which were large, filling and well worth the price paid. We hardly waited at all. Highly recommend
Hands down best acai bowl I've ever had. Despite the $16 price tag - the bowl was delicious. Only problem was the lump of frozen strawberries that weren't blended properly.
Best açaí bowl in manly. We go there twice a week. At the weekend you should be there bit earlier.in my opinion opening times for all cafés in manly are bad, but that’s an Australian issue ;-)
If you care about the environment or your health go somewhere else.
We waited 30 mins for a tiny $20 Acai bowl which is crammed with additional sugar. While we were waiting we watched a roller door of plastic takeaway bowls as they served them first leaving people who wanted a seat and to avoid plastic to wait.
Terrible business skills and a disingenuous message.
1/10 would not recommend.
Favourite acai bowls in Sydney! Flavours are delicious, they're filling and reasonably priced. But I agree with others that service and wait times are pretty poor and could definitely be improved.
Great product but absolutely shocking service. Peak time on a Saturday monrning and only 2 people making the food. As always, took forever. Real pity but will think twice before coming back.
Thanks for your response but it seems to be a standard response you copy and paste to everybody who complains. Every time I have been there I had to wait and it is not the exception as your response makes it out to be.
Amazing foods, some vegan options too which was great. Unfortunately the biggest downfall is the waiting time and service. It always seems to be understaffed and the staff themselves seem like they don't want to be there which makes the environment seem a bit hostile. It's a shame because the food alone is 5 stars. The picture I've posted is the paleo bowl which was flawless and delicious! Hope this feedback helps your company. *EDIT* - Just to clarify and respond to your response, I have been here both on weekends and weekdays and have had the same experience.
I hear the bowls are good but I can only comment on the coffee which was the worst I’ve had in manly. Watery and weak.
Great food.but service sucks.need more staff. Waited 25 mins for two health bowls Be prepared to wait
I ordered two smoothes which was not bad but.if I have to wait more then 15minutes when the restaurant is MT and there was 3 workers.just catastrophe.
