Horrible went in on a quiet day maybe 2 people in the shop and asked for help and the sales guy said he was two flat out to help us yet nobody was in the shop apart from myself and another couple

Not the service I would have expected from a big retailer. Their ‘Click and Collect Today’ advertised is rubbish, waiting more than 3 weeks for my first order (a citronella candle) and just as long for my second (outdoor cushions). They didn’t provide updates as promised, I had to chase them constantly. And when I went into the store it took 3 of them to locate where the order was stored. Not a great experience. Just seems to lack organisation.

The female staff member was excellent. I believe her name was Taylah. She rung several other stores to finally locate a part I needed for a discontinued BBQ. She was considerate and pleasant to deal with

The team here are fantastic, they go above and beyond. My dealings with the the team was top notch customer experience. I purchase a hot plate for my existing bbq and it didn’t quite fit, they offered other options for me to which I had to explore elsewhere, I left and got a phone call minutes later, as I’m leaving the carpark, and they found the perfect plate to fit my kitchen aid bbq! Turned around and purchased and it fits like a glove! Happy days and thank you team!

Very helpful staff, knowledgeable about all their products which they have a wide range of from furniture to sauce to mozzie lamps, and the store takes safety seriously and require a minimum of 2 employees on the shop floor if a 3rd is to fill up a gas bottle.a shame their BBQs were a tad too big for our space.would definitely recommend this store for all your BBQ needs and its friendly staff.

Very disappointing experience. Ordered a BBQ on Tuesday using "Click & Collect" with plan to collect when notified and gift for fathers day. Upon purchase, it was indicated the product would be ready for collection on the Thursday. Thursday came and went with nil confirmation from the store regarding the item being ready (and no correspondence at all). Friday morning I contact the store to ask what was happening. I was informed "we are all sold out. They sold like hot cakes". This has left me without a gift to take to my father this asunday when we make the 4 hour drive to visit him. I was told they will have more delivered next week. That's not very helpful when this Sunday is Father's Day, and leaves me asking what on earth is the point of using Click and collect when they are happy to sell your item to somebody else and leave you to wait. Very poor customer service and the "apology" was about as genuine as a Gucci Handbag from Bali

Ordered bbq click and collect said bbq was in stock got call next day saying had to wait week because was in there warehouse was not put on truck was told had to wait another week called head office they were going to send to my house next day that was on Wednesday told not getting it till Monday that 12 days after ordering and paying for it will never get anything from them again do not recommend purchase online when asked about refund was told that would take 7 days asked about getting something free for having to wait so long got told had ask some one else but there was nobody that could help with that

Quinn is the man! He made a really hard decision simpler for me and we're very grateful. Buying your first wood heater can be daunting but he was super helpful without applying horrible pressure tactics like we saw at Sydney wood heaters. We will return for as long as they're open and recommend to others. A very happy customer from Lithgow

I came into this establishment Christmas eve looking for a charcoal BBQ i was strolling around looking at my options and i had some questions about a few of the products, after about 10 minutes nobody approached me or even looked in my direction.i was pretty annoyed by that so i went to my car to call a few different Bunnings warehouse stores to see if the BBQ i actually wanted was in stock unfortunately i was out of luck so i went back into Barbeques Galore Penrith for another 10 minutes and still the same thing.don't come here its pretty obvious the staff don't care and the BBQ's are over priced go somewhere else.

I have to agree with other reviews regarding staff approaching customers. I walked in hoping to get some information on smokers but no one came.once I walked over to the counter I was greeted. Transaction was quick and I appreciated the staff helping me take the smoker to my car.

Today I went into bbqs galore Penrith ready to purchase a new bbq. I was extremely shocked to not even be spoken too or even served by a staff member after being in the store for 10 minutes I decided to leave. The store wasn’t even busy. They had 3 staff members working and 2 staff members Standing at the desk doing nothing. Very disappointing and won’t ever come back to this store!

We needed a flue and accessories for a fireplace install. My local BBQ Galore couldn't help, so I had to trek out here. Fantastic service from thoroughly knowledgeable staff. Even when we had to return some unused parts.

Terrible service. We were there for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged or given service. Cleaning the counter was obviously more important than serving the only customers in the store. Definitely would not recommend this store. Other Barbeques Galore stores may be better then this one, but I'll never go here again.

Ky was very helpful and even though we didn't know the model of our Norseman combustion heater he asked us to send pictures by email (the compliance plate was the most helpful) and worked out the model for us. We needed a new baffle plate and he had one in stock. By the time I got to the store the part was on the counter waiting for me. He then helped me carry out to the car. That's service!

One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. We where originally told we would have the barbeque delivered in a couple of weeks, it took about 6 weeks and only got 2 of the 3 modules, finally after the 3rd module turned up it didnt fit correctly, we had a service guy turn up a couple of times to resolve it, the last time he said he would take it away fix it and bring it back which didn't happen. I got a call from their head office after 6 months to say they won't be doing anything further about it. Also got the cover for the barbeque 4/5 months later which dosn't fit either. They could not care less.

Repeat Customer. Spent over $10,000 on Ziggy Grand Turbo outdoor kitchen, fridge and associated products in December 2018. Granite Bench Top still has not arrived (3 months). Numerous follow ups with Penrith store who advise new arrival dates each time. Despite some computer notes, the staff all appear clueless and lack problem ownership. Paid in Full, No Bench Top, No Resolution and still No committed arrival date. Deeply disappointed that a good quality product is completely let down by such unacceptable service!

Staff were helpful, I got the type of bbq I was looking for which works perfectly and the prices in the January sale were excellent!
