Thank you so much for your amazing customer service and being so patient with my kids. My daughter lost her handbag at your store and you guys not only found it but shipped it back to us without order. On top of that you added some markers and pens for her, which was absolutely incredible. Thank you thank you so much!

Rang around multiple stores to get the outdoor setting we wanted, only to get a setting that had two chairs with very bent front legs. Emailed customer care in November with receipt and images of the chairs. They have said they’ll replace them, but still not resolved at end January. They have said they are trying to find a store with stock and we haven’t heard anything for two weeks. Can’t be that hard to call and find out. Very disappointing service

I placed an incorrect order online, and Stephen promised me that he will refund the order by COB. He left a meesage on my phone two minutes before COB and the lads were busy for a Thursday night.

This new store is very clean and well set out. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great range of products. They even carried the bag of charcoal to my car. No one in Bunnings would do that for me. Thank you

If you value buying quality goods (i.e. No defects) and receiving quality customer service DO NOT buy anything from this store. My items were noticeably defective on delivery and 3 months later I'm still trying to organise a replacement - first through the store and then through the equally inept head office. In dealing with numerous staff members in an effort to resolve this matter, I'm recognising a culture that cares very little about the customer. There's numerous retailers out there selling BBQs and outdoor goods.buying from this organisation just isn't worth the risk.

This is a nice barbeques galore shop with very clean, well displayed barbecues and smokers.
There is a good range of products here from BBQ's and smokers, nice outdoor furniture and consumables such as wood, fire lighters and charcoal. There are lots of accessories such as wipes tongs and tools.
The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Went into the Auburn store today & was ready to drop $350 bananas on something, anything. It was a gift card from my work family at Chullora & is close to expiration date.
2 x sale people, no engagement.
No hello, be with you in a minute, nothing!
I walked the store slowly to give them opportunity
NOTHING.
Once I use my gift card at Castle Hill, I will NEVER GO TO Barbecue Galore AGAIN!
No Customer service at all, hopeless!

They always have a great range here and prices not too bad. The service is good too, very helpful and courteous. Great place to shop for BBQ stuff!

I bought a ziegler and brown, loved 7 years warranty.

Zero Star! Bought a dining set online and haven't delivered after almost 3 weeks and after repeated follow up and promises. They didnt even know about my order if i didnt called and after paying $1000+! Was promised to be delivered by Friday nothing came so called again to follow up and promised to be by Saturday so I cancelled all family plans to be at home but again nothing came. So frustrated and what a waste of time. Bad service, Bad customer service, Not recommended.

Thankful to Rajesh for all his help finding us the outdoor burner we just needed. Very knowledgeable of the store’s products and incoming ones. Friendly and patient with questions. A happy and satisfying experience shopping there, many thanks Rajesh!

Friendly, helpful. Had all items I was looking for, which is always a plus. A bit tricky to find the entrance to, if coming from the east on Parramatta Road. Check the map.

Big showroom and a fair bit of variety but only 2 staff members so you'd be waiting a bit for service

Extremely long wait times and rarely answer the phone add to that often the stock count is wrong we got what we wanted in the end but even after paying it took over 35 min for them to get around to taking product out of back doc thats on top of a 15 wait to be served and a further 20 min to find product it all comes down to them badly needing more staff be prepared for a wait

The team here are super helpful! Got my first smoker and all my equipment. They patiently answered all of my questions and helped me get the right equipment first time. Thanks team! Would definitely recommend.

The man who served me was very friendly only down side was they didn’t have the correct bbq kit I wanted. Location is very easy to get to
