Took some time to resolve an issue with a purchase. Jeremy the store manager managed to resolve it successfully and in a professional manner.
Recently, we were gifted a smoker, of which I knew very little in the way of prep and tecqniques. I went to BBQ's galore at Artarmon to purchase some accessories and was lucky enough to get to talk with Jeremy. This gentleman was a wealth of knowledge and very passionate ablout his work and products. I can't talk highly enough of Jeremy, he took the time to answer our questions, Of which thier were many, but mainly info re meat injectors. Jeremy is a true assett and ambassador to BBQ's Galore, I hope that the company heirachy appreciate his worth.
Friendly service, but needs to carry more in store stock. Most times I have visited has resulted in me ordering parts or accessories in as they don't stock it.

Great product but delayed arriving. Delivery didn’t show twice. Reorganised several times and part of order still missing. Still not resolved. Don’t pay for delivery in my experience and only buy the product if in stock.
Provided excellent service. Rang a number of other stores to obtain the bbq equipment we wanted. Confirmed availability and had it put aside at another store ready for pick up. Added a discount without even being asked
Sadly, as per the previous review, we would give this store a 0 Star Rating as well. We didn’t even buy the BBQ due to absolutely terrible customer service and an uncaring attitude. In this environment if a retail store doesn’t go above and beyond to get and keep a customer, then I give up!
If I could give 0 stars I would. The absolutely worst service I have ever received.
What was meant to be a seamless delivery of our new bbq, assembly and take away the old bbq which we paid EXTRA for, has turned into a 3 day ordeal.
Having to take 3 days off work is an absolute joke with barely a sorry on their part and no reimbursement of any kind is absolutely disgusting.
The new bbq was dropped off with the staff not knowing the bbq was meant to be assembled and the old taken away. When we rang the store we were told it was booked onto the wrong courier by accident and they would send someone out the next day to reconcile everything else. The next day a man came to assemble the bbq when asked if he was taking the old bbq and boxes he said that it was not booked in so he did not bring the appropriate vehicle. He then called the store in front of us and was told it was not booked in properly at their end. When we called the store the staff lied saying they had no idea that anything had gone wrong and never received a call.
We are still waiting for the old bbq and boxes to be picked up which we again paid an additional fee for. We have now been told it would be Monday and they would text today with a delivery time. This has failed to happen. We have had staff dodge calls, or promise to call back and nothing. This was not a cheap bbq paying almost $4000 you would expect premium service. Absolutely disgusted. Do not buy from this store unless you want a headache and to loose money. We should of read all the negative reviews before hand.
Given the other reviews I was really hesitant to purchase a BBQ from here, but was pleasantly surprised at how helpful the staff were. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable about the Ziegler & Brown Ziggy BBQ I purchased and I found the whole process easy and informative.
I recommend going elsewhere to buy BBQ. Put a deposit on $1k smoker and was told at the time that for $100 they will deliver on 29th otherwise I can pick it up on 5th myself from the shop. No update or phone call received. I've called the shop on the 5th to check and the guys was absolutely hopeless on the phone. Told me that he doesn't know when the order will arrive. Then he told me that the manager will call me on 6th but noone did. Today is the 7th and noone provided any ETA or update. Seriously how hard is to follow up with a customer who actually willing to spend money at the shop. I would recommend going elsewhere rather than buying from these guys.
Do not buy a bbq from these guys, they are hopeless. They make promises on delivery through the website and then make excuses on why they can’t deliver after the order has been placed. Deceptive, be careful. Shop elsewhere.
Terrible after sales support. Purchased the most expensive Z&B BBQ. After 12 months the burners gave out. Some of the plates fell off due to rust. The BBQ is in an Alfresco area under cover. Contacted support 10 times to get help. Eventually got a response saying that rust isn't covered. Contacted them a further 5 times to say that the burners are actually unusable as parts have fallen off. Eventually got a response to say they will ship out new burners. That was 2 months ago and still waiting. Tried to contact them again but ZERO response. Time to talk to the Fair Trading.
Terrible service after you buy Ziegler and brown bbq
Bbq faulty so you go in to branch three times ring 10 or so times to which they ignore you so the brand new bbq you buy you can’t use for weeks terrrible terrible service no back up nothing the common point is someone is always away or says they will call back and follow up yet nope they don’t so far 3 weeks can’t use bbq can’t say yet when it is to be sorted I have asked for it to be replaced have used it 3 times then it failed not fit for purpose retailer not fit to sell anything that needs aftersales service absolute joke completely hopeless

I ordered some flame tamers back in April 2021 and still awaiting delivery at the end of Sept 2021. Numerous calls to follow up with the same low level and no commitment of response. The worst level of customer support ever encountered with any business. If you could give negative star rating it would be minus 5
Great staff, very helpful. I bought some outdoor furniture, I dealt with Will Anand and Manin and they couldn’t have been more helpful. I will def go back when the current bbq dies
Visited on the weekend and spoke with Luke, who was preparing a BBQ chicken demonstration out the front of the store Great Idea BTW. Luke was Professional & knowledgable in the product only having been at BBQG for a shore time, was very impressed. I also spoke with Joel who was also very professional in his dealing with me, as I was buying a outdoor setting for my mother, so a few hurdles to overcome prior to purchase. Could recommend highly enough. I'll be back for when I need a new BBQ. Thanks again BBQ Galore Artarmon.
