Barbeques Galore Albury

Went in to buy an outdoor setting. Best customer service from Belinda. Never pushy gave us time to choose. Can do mix and match and so we bought. Never listen to people's negativity as I think some people are just too hard to please. Thank you Belinda and keep up the great job you are doing.

Placed an order online late at night. Received a call from a lady at the store early the next morning to let me know it was ready to collect. She also let me know that it had gone on sale overnight and that I would be refunded the difference (I didn't even ask). Amazing service.

Found exactly what we were looking for and the staff member Phil who helped us was absolutely fantastic.

Went instore today 12/11/2022 to see if we could get a flat plate for a BBQ which we bought from this store.
One of the females behind the desk (Belinda) said we don't have them in shock but would go out the back to see what they had, only to be told no, no, no you can't have three flat plates on a bbq by the other very rude female behind the desk, which we were not going to have three flat plates anyway.
To say we were very disappointed in the service and the disrespect as customers from the one female is an understatement especially when we are encouraged to shop local.
Will not be back to this store.

We have just replaced our old outdoor dining setting that we have had for years and years. Their selection and prices were great and we now have a perfect new setting ready for the coming Summer and Festive Season. Thanks so, so much to the lovely lady who looked after us at Barbecues Galore, Albury. Pics coming soon.

Unfortunately the staff members I spoke to were totally disinterested and were not interested in helping at all.
When I asked if they stocked a particular product I was told to ‘have a look down the back, if we’ve got any that’s where it will be’…. Without even looking up from their phone to speak to me.
Won’t be going back, overpriced and no customer service.

Bought a bbq here a couple weeks ago on the staffs recommendation. Very happy with it a few weeks on.

Great range of BBQs, accessories and outdoor furniture. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We were treated with some smoked chicken wings upon arrival!
I highly recommend them.

Cannot fault the customer service. Had an issue with our inbuilt wood fire and it's fan, Nick got straight onto organising for a repairer to fix the issue. A few hiccups along the way but not the fault of electrician not the store (wrong fan sent).

Having been a customer of the Albury store in the past. My husband and I spoke to David the store manager about buying a BBQ and accessories over a couple of visits. When we asked for a better deal than the standard ticketed price as we were going to spend $4900. His belligerent response was he wouldn't discount the price. If he new that we were going to ask for a better deal, he wouldn't have spent the time with us and walked off to the counter saying have a nice day. What a poor representative of Barbeques galore. Happily taking my money elsewhere.

Visited the store to purchase a bbq before christmas. Left without a bbq due to the customer service. There is none. Is it any wonder retail is suffering.

Great service. Got an outdoor setting on sale. Staff were fantastic. Offered assistance but didn't annoy you. Then if you had questions they were helpful and efficient.

Always a good experience visiting B. B. Q's Galore. Nick and his fellow staff members are always happy, friendly and eager to make the experience better.

Had an issue with a wood heater hearth being cracked straight out of the box. Wondered what the response would be.
Well they were most apologetic and replaced the item promptly.

Overpriced, unhelpful and if you don't look like you're going to buy or have money you may not be served. How they're still in business is anyone's guess. Took my money elsewhere.

Delivery promised before christmas. We rang to find out if our furniture was ready to collect yet, informed we won't get it until after new years.

Good products friendly service. May not be the cheapest in town but you can be sure the goods are quality.

Thought this was a Weber dealer not BBQ shop. The gentleman was only interested in selling Weber and that he didn't stock a lot of brands as they don't sell maybe go to Melbourne, so much for shopping local️
