Services are professional and feels you valuable. Staff always attentive, friendly & finish services on appointed time and that's the key point to go there. Membership are great benefit in accordance of price; though book an appointment is essential to get services on time or walk in if you can wait.
Seen few people walk in and ask for immediate service to be done but its unfair for those who booked and waiting in middle to finish someone's services. Thanks to the staff and bindiya who cares for each customer and their priority. Keep it up

I visited the salon multiple times, a few times nobody attended while I waited for 15mins. They then convinced me to get a membership with them and after I bought the membership, the service and staff behaviour just changed, whenever I called them for appointment, they would just say that they dnt have an appointment and when I asked to cancel my membership they say that they dnt have staff and ask me to understand. Very poor service and attitude.

Update after owners reply - I would have expected that you would use this platform to spread the truth and take a genuine concern from a customer in a form a positive feedback. I have never took any vouchers from you in the past and you can check your records for that in-spite if spreading false information just on the basis of what your staff tells you.

Harassment is constantly calling me to and talking me in rude tone after I left my feedback on a unpleasant experience. Just to end this, I have never had such an experience with someone who is into customer service, this could have been taken as feedback to improve your service and treat an unhappy customer efficiently in spite of making it ugly.

Brinda ji did my haircut and it was really great. I had half straight n half wavy hair and as per her suggestion I went for a short cut and everyone complimented the look for my birthday. Thank u so much

Visited Barakha for facial today. The service was excellent. Their facial was one of the best. It makes the skin feel so refreshed and hydrated. Excellent massage and lovely fragrances used for O3 facial. The additional foot and leg massage was so relaxing and too good. Great job. Threading services was also perfect. Highly recommended for facial services Thanks for the wonderful service offered.

I went there for henna for my hair after 3 hours i was amazed to see result with colour what i want and more over staff did my eyebrow after analysis.which makes really difference.

Great haircut. The best part is you get what you ask for. So if you are someone like me who is afraid to get a haircut because you have had a bad experience in past this place is definitely worth giving a try.

I paid my visist today for the first time. I was very particular about my hair as i had thin and fine hair and i was very skeptical about what cut would suit me.
