The online upload and ordering system works like clockwork & although there was a "hiccup" from both sides after the order confirmation (I never received their invoice to pay and initiate the order because my email address was entered incorrectly into their invoicing system (and they admitted that - kudos there!) but it was only a week later when I followed up on my order to find this out, so we got it all sorted and Bannerworld still processed my order and dispatched it within a very tight timeframe and I received the goods on time for our event. This is the first time I have used Bannerworld and I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks Guys! Very happy with our flags.

If I could give more stars, I would. I reached out to Bannerworld on behalf of my business to arrange sales brochures. I had an idea in my head but as I am not very creative I knew I couldn't do it without help. I sent them my ideas and the background to it and they had their design team turn my idea into reality. They provided exceptional Customer Service throughout the whole process. The turn around time was amazing and the value for money blew my mind. Will definitely be using Bannerworld for all of my future requirements moving forward.

Times are tough during covid. Many use it as an excuse for bad service.
Bannerworld did the opposite and moved heaven and earth to make sure we had our media wall for our little show halfway across the country. Great price and even greater service. Props to Alex and the team!
