We are part of a small Strata complex and engaged Bannermans Lawyers to register and consolidate our By-Laws for our plan. We highly recommend Bannermans as we had no idea of the procedures involved and they kept us up-to-date throughout the whole process. Special mention goes to Jack and Garren, whom we dealt directly with; all questions we had regarding the process were answered in a professional and timely manner.

By-Laws. Try finding somewhere else if you can. Whilst I don't expect law firms to hold your hand, I was hoping for more flexibility in changes that I believed they should have owned through documents we paid them to source. I'm sure it was all in the T&C's, but again, try somewhere else, might not be better, but surely won't be worse.

All the dealings I have had with Bannermans are always professional, helpful and full of knowledge. There is no stupid questionor question that is to small that they will not answer or help with.
The whole team are a pleasure to deal with.

Bannermans were most responsive to my inquiries and showed interest in issue. They were very reasonable with fees and particularly efficient and conscious of my time constraints to which they achieved. Barry

Everything I would not want from a law firm.

They do the absolute bare minimum to meet their quote. "High level review" means "we will overlook anything you don't point us at", even if it's entirely relevant to the case.

They ask you questions they should know the answers to.

They assign freshmen/women to the case, with no oversight from seniors other than a CC on email.

At the first request of counsel of "what do you believe I should do" they slap you with another quote for fees and warn you they'll charge so much more extra for any question.

Worst legal experience I had so far, I had their work reviewed by another law firm (who then took over my case, thank God), and they were disgusted by the communications and the immense level of not giving an absolute da** about their customers.

Steer clear from this one, if you are unlucky enough to get an unexperienced solicitor, they will do more harm than good.
You'll do better reading on your own, consulting with NSW fair trading, and keeping your money. Despicable service.

David and his team have always shown the way in contributing and assisting the industry in all aspects of strata. Keep up the good work.

As a small regional agency it is often difficult to source metropolitan services. Bannermans have been outstanding. We currently have a matter being handled by their team and couldn't be more satisfied with both the service and communication.
Further, David has delivered a number of webinars which have been a great help. As noted earlier it is difficult for us to travel to the city and these training and compliance units have been a godsend.

They didn’t respond to us weeks on end. They also don’t advise us clearly instead send 10 page letters but will not call back or email responding to questions. Very rude and only care about driving up fees
