This is the worst company to deal with. I’m in a customer service business and if any of my customers have a problem with their order they get an immediate refund and the correct item sent free with express shipping. Not this company. Their gazebos are very poorly manufactured with cheap materials. I ordered 3 awnings and they didn’t work. The manager argued with me saying it was my problem it didn’t work. It turned out the company had mistakenly left out the connecting bars that make it operational. There was no apology. No refund! No replacement! No discount! Just told me they would send the bars that would make it work. 4 weeks later in the burning heat of Queensland……still waiting! Do not choose this company if you want a quality product and after sales service.

One of the worst communications I've had.delivery didn't arrive yet there system stated they came and said no one was here.then trying to communicate with courier was virtually impossible.

Efficient and professional service with a very quick response to our last minute printing order. LJ Guo, also assisted us with the courier services to ensure that we receive the Banner on time for our event. Definitely coming back for more orders.

Spammers. We ended up on their spam list even through we've never used this business or contacted them. Definitely won't be using them now.

Do not recommend purchasing anything from Banner Online. They are not heavy duty as claimed and have no warranty support, everything is blamed on the customer.
Purchased in Jan 2023 and after 2 uses the zipper broke off the bag and the bag has split open down the side. The gazebo leaks in the rain and was told we need to spray something on the inside even though nothing is mentioned before purchasing. After 3 months the gazebo has started to get holes in it. Was told by banner online that it’s our fault for dragging or spilling chemicals on it. We have never dragged it we have always carried it. It gets treated better then our cheap Bunnings gazebo which we have had for 4 years with no issues.

Had a custom Gazebo/even tent including back and side walls. Colours were accurate and looked great. The Gazebo frames are solid and all fit very nicely! Can definitely recommend them to anyone!

I use these guys all the time! They are the cheapest around for printing! They are also very polite when I call and when i ask for a better price its always provided with care and respect and I feel they deserve the time for me to go and give them this review! We purchased an Oki printer from them absolutely excellent service I must admit. Very honest service. The only issue Id have to say which is no fault of there's is the courier company ALLIED express took 1 month to get printer to us. Ridiculous I think we both learned to not use Allied again. Despite this Banner shop worked with us the whole way. Also during the set up of our new printer and trouble shooting Kevin has been great. We highly recommend them and support them in the future purchase of their products. Btw we are not affiliated with them in any way we are a custom printing business called Transfer X located in country Vic. Nice to find trusting service like this interstate.

This company will not address any concerns if you are not happy with the quality of the final product. The colours on our banner simply are pale and are not representative of our logo or proof. After paying the additional fee for a professional design which we thought would assist us in achieving an amazing end product, their suggested solutions were to hang it properly, change the colour of the lights, take it outside under natural light - how ridiculous. This is an indoor banner so needs to look correct in the conditions it is intended for. I am so disappointed. Will never use this company again. They simply don't take ownership if you aren't happy with the end product.
