Great team, professionals that know what they are doing and are customer focused. Brought replacement for stock speakers and amplifiers for our cars at one of their amazing sales. Unfortunately my local installation folks (not Bankstown sound) may of been the cause of one speaker out of eight brought failing. The team addressed the situation as a warranty given the product was only 3 months old, they also tuned the amplifier as this wasn’t properly done the first time by the other installer. We will be taking all our business to these guys even though it’s a bit of a drive from Penrith, it’s peace of mind getting the job done right the first time

Was in town visiting for business and saw a product on the website that I'd been after for some time. Had a drama with returning the first unit I received through the post, but the team was very helpful and accommodating and we managed to sort it out in the end. Great customer service, would easily recommend to my friends and family.

Sent an enquiry with an automated response and then a follow up a few days later saying my enquiry had been resolved by 'shaun' - hadn't heard from anyone at all - technology based responses gone mad again.and this must be only a small business - expect better
