I had a great experience, and the staff, Lillian and Zalfa, were wonderful to deal with. Despite their busy schedule, they accommodated me and greeted me warmly with smiles on their faces. Their customer service was polite, and they did an excellent job alleviating my fears about the MRI, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Lillian went out of her way to fit me in for a MRI that no other providers could fit me in for. The experience was great and highly recommend Lillian and Lumus imaging Bankstown for any imaging needs.

Needed an MRI asap and Chrissie managed to get me an appointment. Lillian is very friendly and communicative and has a contagious smile and laughter. Exceptional service. Thanks to the whole team.

Terrible experience, never going to a Lumus again.
Took me 7 days (they tell you it's a 1-2 day wait) and a request for refund for the result to actually be received.
In this time, I spoke with Lumus multiple times regarding the delay and the only 3 options which were recycled were,
1. Come get it yourself in person (I had an mri for a knee injury, so imagine the solution being that the injured person needs to go in)
2. "Tell your medical centre to call us" which I did, the conversation between medical centre and lumus happened but still no result. I was also asked if I know the medical centres email like I should go find out and give it to them. Again, this puts the onus on me.
3. We'll send it again and hopefully this time it arrives knowing it's already failed 3 times.

It took an angry phone call for Lumus to finally take some responsibility and make a call themselves. Unless things go smoothly, receptionists are useless.
Just take a look at the 1 star reviews, you'll find most are related to reception.

I asked for it to be sent directly to me via email which I am told is a violation of policy.
Perhaps give the option to receive to personal email to avoid this because this whole experience has been a joke.

Had a friend over on holiday from Fiji who needed medical attention urgently. Chrissie and team patienrly guided on steps for booking as a non resident Got all tests done, got 2 urgent reports (as friend had 3 days before departure). Sadly, got final report after friend left stating she had cancer. We were so touched to get a call from Lumus team and Dr Susheel to check on how my friend was. Dr Susheel said " we are human and need to look out for each other". Amazing team. Thank you xo.

Liliane is such a fantastic radiologist, there was absolutely no room to fit me into her appointments the receptionist said but somehow she managed to squeeze me in and I only just called and made the appointment less then 3 hours ago definitely recommend!

A massive thank you to Liliane from L'lumus Imagining Bankstown for her amazing customer service.
For someone like myself who has a phobia of MRI scans, what Liliane did for me meant the world and is something I will never forget.
Liliane was professional, thorough and took time to explain and keep me calm throughout the scan.
She made an anxiety filled experience feel easy and comfortable.
Thank you Liliane, we need more people like you in the world!

The receptionist Chrissie was so helpful when I forgot my referral and arranged to get another one with my GP on the phone. Saved my day! Staff were professional and friendly even though they were super busy. Results were sent to my GP very promptly. This site also had dedicated accessible parking & lift access which was a huge plus while on crutches. Would come here again.

Service was amazing, had a MRI scan with Lillian she was incredible. I suffer from Claustrophobia yet she was so kind and helpful and helped me through out hole thing, made me feel at home.
