I came here to give this wonderful establishment a 5-star review as they did something which I am so very grateful for. I ordered some knitting needles and when I received them, they were the wrong length. As soon as I saw this, I contacted them and told them my issue. INSTANTLY I received a reply telling me that they would send the right ones out ASAP and when I tell you I got the biggest shock. I thought that I would need to return my old ones which were the wrong size, but this store just told me that they would send the right ones and they were very sorry. I am just astounded at the customer service you guys. This place is awesome and I actually received the new ones they sent out today; they are perfect length and I've already started knitting my scarf! Thank you Banksia Yarns! Wonderful store! I would give you more than 5 stars if I could!
