I really appreciate the customer service lady from Burwood branch, she kindly and patiently help me go through every detail.
Poor customer service, arrogant and rude attitude. Staff are very lazy, chatting and discussing about customer's plastic surgery in front of another customer, that's unprofessional and disrespectful.
Charged 5 bucks account fee from this year without notice, and told there will be no refund. Never seen any banks charge hone loan customers account keeping fee. If u donot value ur customer you will lose them.
The staff attitudes are rude and unfriendly. I tried to go to the safety box before 2: 30pm but they refused as they said time has passed and safety box has been closed even though it was only 2: 26pm. Very poor customer service and not recommend to any family members or friends. Complain has been lodged but I don't think it will be anything changed.
Staffs here are very welcoming and make me feel like home. The gentleman who attended me was supposed to go for a break but he tried to organize everything for me first before going on his break for lunch. Thank you so much.
Went there first time to open an account few weeks ago. Most of the staffs that we encountered were great, but one. Didn't get the girl's name, who was in one of the partition room. Her customer service was appalling, not professional at all. As we were waiting patiently, she was playing with her phone in the room. A gentleman, i guess the manager, asked her politely if she could just served us before she went on a lunch break since we had waited for awhile. She then yelled in front of everyone that she needed to go for lunch and asked to get others to serve us. We were shocked by her customer service standard. Luckily, she "pushed us" to the next room and the girl who served us was great, completely different attitude. This branch should put more effort in training their staffs.
