I would like to give 0 if possible, the service was rude and arrogant. Sound like they never intended to solve your problem but so rush to hang off. Yes it s a bank, a financial institution that we trust to put money inside, can we tho if that’s how the service ppl react
They're a bunch of idiots who don't even know their phone numbers are being used by scammers.
The reception staff said their staff were busy and we had to make an appointment by email. However the email she gave to us was wrong address could not be sent out.
