Bangkok Spa Thai Massage

This is by far the worst massage I’ve had.

Avoid at all costs, the staff are so rude and unpleasant on the phone.

Paid for an hour and got a 45 min massage and she just kept leaving the room to do god knows what.

Avoid.

The young girl today closed early at 8: 05 pm aithough they announce the official close time as 9pm and I wanted to have a full massage. I came late at 8pm, knowing they close at 9 pm. She was about to leave when I came in at 8: 05 and said she is closing. She then lied saying all the masseurs and massage rooms are full with customers thus she is locking the entry door. Very disappointing, because I came there at 8 as they close at 9. This is because I work late until 7pm and cannot come earlier than eight-ish. No customer left the shop afterwards as I was around till around waiting in my car for my husband finishing his Coles shopping.

Fantastic! Been here at least half a dozen times. I always get the hot oil massage, although I must say the technique is generally different based on the particular masseuse on the day. One of the best massages I’ve ever had was at Bangkok Spa last year. Had another massage tonight and when I went in I’d had issues for the past week or so in my left shoulder and when I left I felt as though my head has lifted off my shoulders and my posture feels amazing after my 1hr session. The tightness and tension feels as though it has completely dissolved! Highly recommend and will certainly return again

Was rushed, missed spots of the specific massage, and didn't communicate properly throughout, was not relaxing or calming for the most part.

Tik was amazing! It was very relaxing massage and she has excellent customer service skills. She deserves a pay rise.

Like any massage parlour it can be hit and miss but definitely more hits. You get what you pay for. If you want a firmer massage you need to get sports/remedial. There are a few massage therapists here who are outstanding if you are lucky enough to book them.

The rooms are very clean and smells amazing. The lovely lady who gave me my treatment was very good and I felt so relaxed during and after. They were also covid conscious

Had the best remedial massage here by Sandy. She knew what she was doing and applied correct pressure. Definitely coming back, thank you!

I got pulverised by my masseuse! She climbed onto my back and used her toes and knees to get my back worked on. I went in with stress build up in my shoulders, neck and back with constant headaches. I won't lie.the massage was painful but effective. Definitely not relaxing but I got the deep tissue massage. I was really sore for a few days afterwards but felt relief I really needed from the stress I was holding in my trouble areas.

Taki is incredible, I go back atleast once a month to see her and walk out feeling 100x better then when I walked in. Best massage spa in the inner west!

Great service 2hour is a must minimum 1.5hour best girls I've found is my personal favorite Aldie & very close 2nd Jan have to plan ur booking as these two work limited days nice clean facilities aswell friendly staff

I have been to this place many times over last 2-3 years and had a massage with a few masseuses. The service was always good. Last year I had a big problem with my back and I was lucky enough to get Jai to attend the problem. In just one session she was able to help. Five weeks ago I had ACL reconstruction and in addition to my physio I decided to add visits to Jai. She worked her magic on my leg and every time I would visit my physio she was confused with the level of my progress stating “that in 10 years she hasn’t seen that anyone recovered so fast”. Week2 5 after surgery I was able to jump and I believe a lot of that progress is due to magic hands of Jai. If I could. I would give billion stars to this place and Jai.

Masseuses here really seem to know what they’re doing. Always a good and relaxing experience. Professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Majority of staff here rude and lazy. Poor customer service, unfriendly and unprofessional staff. I attempted to make a few enquiries regarding health insurance and booking in a particular masseuse, one that I had liked in terms of her technique and pressure. Staff were ignorant and not helpful at all. In addition, a lot of their communications are inconsistent. What they tell you on the phone varies to that of what they tell you in store. Besides Kit, girls are lazy with their technique in that you pay for "deep pressure" and it feels like they're gently massaging you. You repeatedly have to ask them to apply more pressure. Wouldn't recommend.

Well all l asked for is to have a massage and before long it felt like l had a team of pygmy ladies walking all over me don't be mistaken this was awesome with elbows, knees and feet smoothing every fibre of knot in my very tight body.although it was sore in places all o could think is how are they/she managing to apply some much force with those little hands. 3rd time and still buffled with these amaxing ladies the make the body sign once finished or sleep

I don’t normally do reviews. However, because now I am in pain i have to share this. I went to this place for a deep tissue massage for an hour. End of massage, I have a stiff neck and I am waiting to see a doctor. So, whatever you do, don’t let them touch your neck or let them do spinal manipulations.
