Bang Bang & Fluff Pet Grooming

This is a belated review. The owner of this dog grooming place is very caring and knowledgeable. I have 3 chihuahuas and they are always putrid. My long haired girl loves to play outside and is always covered in mats. There’s magic that happens here and the way my unfriendly little girl comes back is unbelievable. You really bring the best out of them. I cannot recall this lovely ladies first name so please forgive me but I cannot thank you enough. My boy chihuahuas also hate being groomed and she takes it all in her stride. So professional. See you soon. Below is a before and after shot.

I'm not sure what my little boy would tell me if he could speak to a human. But something wasn't right here. He was left traumatized like we've never seen him before! It took over 3 days for him to be a version of his happy self at home. The groom itself was ok but personally I do not feel the 2 x team there were as professional as where I normally take him in Oak Flats. He has never EVER been so silent and scared for this long & I'm NOT Fn Happy! I had doubts just by the appointment time stuff up as well as how I noted the care of whether to be left amongst other pets awaiting their groom. (Large friendly dog, cat & 2 other dogs there). Will Not be back here again nor will I recommend.

Wonderful service, great ladies and beautiful grooming of my boy Beau. He loves going to Bang Bang and Fluff.

Handled our aggressive little nut ball so well. Mary really put a lot of time into keeping him calm as well am me! Highly reccomend.

My dog love to go there. Never seem stressed after grooming. Staff are nice and really good to animals.

Such friendly experienced service. My old dog is blind and it was he's first time. Bongo came out looking beautiful and smiling.
