WSS always has the latest gear at competitive prices, but the WSS service makes this place a big step above everyone else. The in store team have decades of water experience, and they go out of their way to help. Any post purchase issues are always handled with care and professionalism, and they do regular demo days for equipment. Easiest five stars I'll ever give!

I dropped by WSS a few weeks ago to replace a universal joint for an old mast extension. I half expected the part would no longer be available but certainly didn’t expect to have the part replaced for me, which required a fair bit of time and trouble. Excellent service and very much appreciated!

Once again the Team at WSS Boards has gone above and beyond to get me my new gear! Thanks again guys, excellent service as usual.

Absolutely Disgrace Service. Lack of support with no responding to my last 3 emails (great service before I made deposit) and my last two calls were confirmed where the shipment is. 3 days ago WSS informed me that board is on the way and will be here next week.
Today they sent me an email stating that it's too expensive to the owner and I must share freight costs of $570. If I don't, they won't order the freight - in contradiction just 3 days earlier I was advised shipment is on the way.
I wasted 7 months since paying deposit, missed the summer and now left empty handed.
We exchanged few emails today and there was no even an apology. They would not profit as much as expected, but that should be calculated in business. Instead, they will charge their customers for their bad luck. But at the end, as discussed in emails, I wanted to buy extra accessories for over $1500, so they would make up the loss. No wonder businesses are collapsing, I'm buying online from now on - cheaper but same terrible customer service.

Recently I purchased a wing foil setup from WSS. Sam has been so helpful throughout the process, really recommend these people.

Sam & Chris are great, I bought a new SUP and paddle from them, Delivered to my home during lock down, just great!
The board had some warranty issues and they sorted out a replacement board and kept me on the water over summer. Great store and knowledgeable friendly service!

I was really pleased with the advice I got today. I’m going back later this week to secure a SUP for my wife.
I just need to find somewhere to hide it for Christmas.

Over the last 7 approx years I have been getting back into windsurfing and Chris and Sam have been a great help both in finding me the right gear when putting together transitional second hand rigs and now new advanced equipment. Their experience and knowledge has been irreplaceable in understanding what is the right gear for me, and solving issues when something doesn't work quite how it should. Even if I can find something online I will try to support them first as without them we have no local experts.

Sam was very helpful sorting out a broken paddle shaft. Coming from out of state, it was evident he knew the guys back home that give excellent service. So I wasn't surprised to find the same here. Thx mate!

Ordered a Smik Spitfire 83 Version 3 from Sam and the boys at WSS, very pleased, the Smik. Amazing Stability paddling around the zone & over white water, capable in both small mush, head high and over, manoeuvrable in the pocket & holds speed post manoeuvres & surfs from the middle really well. A true balanced feel making it a true all-rounder with a definite loose performance edge when pushed a little.

Very good service and they def try to help you! Better than buying stuff online.support your local shops.they took a hose off an existing pump and sold it to me on the spot as the shipment of hoses were delayed.

Great way to learn to foil on a sup behind their boat, which helped me get into kite foiling. Demoed a 6'6 sup last weekend as I am now thinking about sup foiling too. Andrew & Leon are always very knowledgable & helpful.

Had a great experience learning to SUP. Andrew was really patient and gave really good tips. Highly recommended!

If you want to experience foilboarding then tuition from being towed by a boat with Andrew at Balmoral Paddlesurf is the most efficient way to go, highly recommended
