The Ballina visitors centre provides a wealth of information for both visitors and locals. The team were able to assist me in finding dog friendly beaches in the area and supplied me with a great what’s on flier that provided some fun filled activities for the week.

Super friendly and informative staff. Definitely recommend making it your first stop. Lots of pamphlets, maps and the staff have lots of ideas on what to when visiting the area. Very helpful and highly recommend a visit.

When I was in Ballina, I spent a lot of time lost, because they don't seem to have enough street signs.so the day before I left I thought, I would go to the information centre and get a map of the town, it was a little bit to late, I know. The lady that served me was very nice and what a lovely building.thanks so much.

My wife and I just visited here. The lady who helped us was absolutely lovely. She was so helpful and guided us on what we would like to do whilst here.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lots of maps and info for the area. Lots of parking spaces. Good place to start a day trip.

You can take hot shower from the back side of this center. Large parking space. Friendly staff. Near town center. Good for the starting point of your tour.

Loads of information on Ballina and surrounding towns, nice gift shop and small library as well.

Not only do they sell probably the best big prawn big prawn postcards in town.
But you can also buy stamps here. That's right, stamps.

Beautiful ladies greet you as you go through the front entrance there very helpful in question you ask very happy i bought 2 new calendars

This is a great little centre, plenty of leaflets for local attractions, very knowledgeable staff and the souvenirs/goods on display are good quality, reasonably priced and decent range.
