I was travelling from Victoria in my elderly RAV4, and had a mechanical problem which was attended to in a friendly and timely manner by the service manager at this dealership. Thank you so much!
I’d give zero stars if I had the option. Go elsewhere. We waited past our estimated delivery date only to be told they had not ordered the car and it was the “salesman’s fault” who no longer worked there. One would think (and hope) a business this size has a process to prevent this happening, but evidently not. I went elsewhere because another dealer could get a vehicle in 4 months instead of at least another 12 months like Ballina offered.
Wanted to charge $2,300 for repairs on two sensors, , got the job corrected and fixed for $80. Gouging as usual
Incredibly poor customer service, sales people rude and had no idea what they were talking about. Will never go back, and would recommend others to drive to a different dealership.
Amazing service from Toyota Ballina Mitch from the service department helped us out with out Toyota Hilux Rugged X we were traveling through back to Cairns and has some trouble and help us out.

Cannot rate the team highly enough. Customer service and the expertise in the service and repairs team are just fantastic (even Emily who seems to be the one to always give me bad news: P). I think a few of the reviewers need to realise that not everyone can help at the drop of a hat, but they certainly do their best.
Sales team are also fantastic. I went to another dealership to purchase a new ute and couldn’t get any service, so walked across the road and came out with a new hilux on order thanks to Jarrod there. All the time of day, down to the point and more than helpful.
It’s absolute 5 star service all round and the whole team should hold their heads high for setting such a high standard for service
Rude customer service no help at all. We have a 2 year old land cruiser which while driving to qld from Sydney suddenly goes into limp mode and to contact your nearest service centre so we did and Emily on the phone told us we can’t help you we’re too busy. Bring it and leave it here but it will be a couple of weeks!
Oh what a feeling Toyota like most dealerships in new and used cars there is no stock no discount at all the staff to be good
Although we did not purchase our vehicle here, due to floods in Lismore had our first service here. No complaints
Horrible people to deal with as my daughter purchased a second hand 4x4, she had it for no longer than 3 months the gearbox goes in it and now she's unfortunately up for a new one, which they will not cover in there warranty. The car wasn't even detailed it was really dirty. Such a disappointment after spending so much money
Wow booked a service online, knew it didn’t work but didn’t contact me. Drove an hour for a service they could t perform.
Professional and helpful. Service team are fantastic, from the advisors taking care of me and the quality and fast work completed by the team in the workshop. As long as I own a Toyota it’ll be taken care of by the team here. Highly recommended, even if you’re not local like me you can make half a day of it and support other local businesses too in Ballina.
On Sunday March 28th I was travelling back to Sydney via Byron Bay when my newishToyota Prado suddenly had a computer malfunction. I called Ballina Toyota and spoke with Andrew who was very helpful and asked me to drive to Ballina so he could test any faults. Finance guy is so slow I could have paid my home loan off quicker.reason was I'm busy.yeah I get it. Stated was working on three applications. Sale however was ok. But not a very enjoyable experience. Calls hardly never returned. Buy a car over the phone it's easier.
Service staff were fantastic when I had an issue with my hilux. Went out of their way less than a day before shutting for Christmas to get me back on the road. Was also pleasantly surprised with the bill
Stars are for the mechanic who was very informative. No stars for service centre OJ's. They were cold and made me feel unimportant when I'm spending my money there. Never again.
I had a confirmed booking for this service @ 9.30 & 11.30. When I rang I was told that the booking was @ 12.30. All the staff were completely indifferent, with no attempt @ friendliness or helpfulness whatsoever. The service was completed in the 2 hrs quoted. I was so far away from the Eftpos machine I just had to hope I pressed the right buttons as I couldn't see what I was doing.
Tried to book a service, was told I’d be called back, called 5 days later, was told I’d be called back, that was 2 weeks ago.
