No respect whatsoever for the neighbours whilst renovating!

They allow a tractor to wreck your lawn in your backyard, no access permitted, no consent. They just bulldoze right through just because they need access to keep renovating, shocking

Report this behaviour to police immediately!

We were unlucky enough to buy a house up along the Coffs Coast which had major structural and design faults, specially with regards to proper water insulation, which led to significant water ingress over the years with EXTENSIVE damage to interior and exterior of the house. I approached a number of builders in the area and they all declined to take the job on as it was far too big/complex, and they weren't able to guarantee their work. Luckily, I was introduced to Paul Baldwin and team, award winning builder who was very excited in not only taking on the challenge but was also happy to guarantee his work. He thoroughly inspected every inch of the house without cutting any corners, diagnosed all the problems, put together a preliminary report and quot which they never deviated from through out the entire process. The whole thing was done professionally, with exceptional honesty and transparency. I put my trust in them and they absolutely delivered as promised. If you live in the area, don't bother going to anyone else, these guys are in a league of their own. Thank you Paul and Imogen

I recently had some repairs carried out on my house at Urunga by the Baldwin Group. From my first contact through to the completion of the work I was at all times impressed with the professional manner in which the work was carried out, the skill level of every one of the tradesman on the job, their care and neatness taken while on the worksite, and their punctuality in starting the work and completing the work on time. They kept the worksite neat and clean, and even took care to work around my wife's garden, which we both appreciated.
